The location is REALLY GOOD. The room was also spacious, with high ceiling (with some worn out frescoes which was good!). We also had our own bathroom (though it's separate from the room, but it was convenient as well)

The internet, as written on their reviews, is true. The signal couldn't reach the bedrooms. Also, the shower area was a little cramped and it gets clogged a bit, I think it can be improved with new shower enclosures.

The location was fantastic,, right in the middle of everything. We had a great view from our room of the Piazza San Giovanni. The bathroom was modern and spotless, but the rest of the room was charming with character. The host was excellent.

It was so great! Can see the duomo directly from the window. The closest building to it! The room is big, typically traditional style. The landlord is super nice as well. Clean room! My future only choice in Florence

WiFi wasn’t so good. Had to move the bed to get a connection because of the distance to the modem. Really responsive from the corridor and the noice from outside. Make sure you have earplugs with you. Be careful in the staircase. The lightning is not that good. I fell and hurt myself so had to spend one day at the hospital.

Location location location! Being right next to the Duomo, it was perfect for stepping straight out into the beauty of Florence. The entry system was efficient and the receptionists friendly. The room spacious with great views and it’s certainly a nice experience to stay in such a historical building.

It’s basic. The sinks and showers sometimes got clogged - could definitely do with a renovation.

Almost no facilities were provided for the guests. the WiFi also didnt have a good signal range si we had no access in the rooms and was accessible only in corridors. We expected a better towel and shampoo and a bit larger bathroom, it was so small, all the spaces includin floor and walls need a bit of renovation to feel good and clean.

Bathroom was seperate to main room, and was very small. Can be loud at night due to being right next to the Duomo/people busking there, until as late as 11:30pm.

Very old style, bathrooms were not attached to the room - they were cross the hallway. Mould smell throughout the building.

Location perfect, right beside duomo and not far from station. Staff were friendly and helpful for leaving bags and checkin was smooth. Space in the room was great

The doors are very thin and you can hear people come and go as part of floor is a bit creaky but this wasn’t a major issue for us we enjoyed staying here but just mentioning as others might not like it

The location was incredible, could not ask for a better view. When the windows were shut it was very dark and blocked most of the noise from the busy street below

We paid for the private bathroom which was great but did involve leaving our room and walking across the hallway with a separate key to unlock. No issue for us but just something to be aware of when booking!

Location!! Price. Safe. Clean. The three bed with private bath room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The lively sounds of the bustling square below lasted late through the night, but bring earplugs or a sound machine if you think that will keep you awake. The room we rented had an AC, but open windows cooled the place off more effectively.

Staff took away dirty towels, but did not consistently replace them. Last night there, we had one hand towel for three people, and one dirty bath towel hanging on a hook to dry from previous night that thankfully staff had not removed. Staff gate was locked, couldn’t ask anyone for a towel. I am not so high maintenance I expect a fresh bath towel every day. But if you take it away, at least replace it ? The tiny fridge was a handy amenity; however food did not stay cold in it. Might need replacing. There are two lighted mirrors for the ladies to apply makeup, etc, but they both only had half available bulbs lit. Wifi does not work throughout the building.

The location was amazing the room was huge and clean, noting fancy but absolutely more than welcome excepted for what we paid
