Location near the river was good. Room was good size.

The noise from the restaurant below, especially late and early stacking and unstacking tables. The one-person elevator was out most of the time. Make four flights of concrete stairs with luggage very hard, both up and down.

Beautiful old Italian theme and feel! Loved it and the old fashion elevator.

The stairs, there are a few steps you must take to get to the office.

The location and staff are amazing. We have a great stay there. The elevator is a bit small but it is normal in Italy especially in the old building.

Great location in the city center. Beautiful historic building; rooms very spacious and clean. Bathroom recently upgraded and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended parking available a few blocks away for extra fee.

Had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, within walking distance of all major attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, breakfast was not included in the stay.

Minor maintenance is required for bathroom drainage system.

There was nobody to help me with the suitcase specially the first floor does not have an elevator, so you have to drag your suitcase all the way up to the second floor, heads up elevator is so small barely you can fit in the elevator with your suitcase.

The location and staff were amazing! The room was giant for Italy, we were able to leave our bags after checkout and the hotel had an elevator!

Location was a dream. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! Also the shower pressure was insanely amazing!

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening.

The location was perfect and the room was spacious for a family of 4. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night and enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was super kind and helpful

The room was a little stuffy since there was no A/C and it was too noisy to keep the window open. A fan would have been nice

STAIRS up to lift to the hotel check in.Lift was the size of a small phone booth! Ugh!

Everything! The owner and reception are genuinely happy and helpful in all ways. Fantastic breakfast with the best coffee machine that does a cremma. It’s a 500 year old building, that is kept to original interior. I want to live here!

Location was great - close to Ponte Vecchio & Ufizzi. A lot of food options within walking distance. Felt secure & safe and reception manned 24 hours. Room was large so plenty of space. Elevator was tight but handy to have if you had luggage which we didn’t. You could leave luggage after check out which is handy.

It was a little pricey however we were happy to pay for the location.
