Fantastic on every level.

The location is perfect as it is in the middle of the heart of the shopping district. Yet the room is very quiet.

The only issue was the suboptimal stocking of the mini bar. This is a very minor point.

Great location, we loved the layout and space, as well as views. Staff was welcoming and the place was clean and modern.

This was an incredible location and amazing for families. We loved the kitchen and balcony. The bathroom is small, but that is to be expected. Cannot recommend for families enough.

Location was perfect !!! Close to all of the designer shops, restaurants, local shops, historical sights in walking distance. Just perfect

We have a great time at the hotel with the help from Anna. She is so lovely and helpful that made our stay so enjoyable.

The room is stylish but the arrangement of the furniture is not practical.

We loved the location and convenience of the place. We also loved the amenities.

It was difficult not having nightstands and getting out of bed. There was no oven which was a little difficult if we had food to bring back.

No word can explain my happiness, all did exceeded my expectation. Cleaning, location, and welcoming staff.

Great location. Personal attention. Walking distance to all the sites. Beautiful, very large room with absolutely amazing bathroom. We definitely recommend Tornabuoni Suites Collection Residenza D'Epoca.

Next time I will request the room on the interior side, just to lessen sound from street. However the staff mentioned they are upgrading those windows on the Main Street side

Excellent location, short walk from train station, close to Duomo and uffuzi and many of the cities important landmarks. The suite was spacious and clean. Check in instructions were clear and The staff was very helpful and communicated well. It’s also in the middle of the high end shopping district. All the famous luxury brands are right out the front door.

Would like to have had coffee service in the hotel but it is a minor desire.

The most wonderful 360 views of Florence from our room. One of the best views I’ve ever had in a hotel. We stayed in the suite with 4 guests for one night, it was spacious for all of us.

Wonderful location, 15 minute walk to many of the sites. Great restaurants nearby and shopping spots every way you turn,Room is spacious with a sitting room adjoined and the city views are amazing.

The room we got was on the top floor. 7 th floor. The elevator only goes to 5 th floor. We were way heavy with our packing so that was a struggle.

Great location that was quiet. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Could use better a/c but was there with my 2 kids and it was a large nice room
