Laundry! We sent our clothes to be laundered. Anything with white in it came back gray!

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful! Gave use directions and recommendations to restaurants and ordered taxis for us.Breakfast was delicious!

The room was poorly (barely) furnished and not with a functional air conditioner so obviously the windows had to remain open. There was a large population of mosquitoes living in the room and the bites at night were terrible. The open windows exposed us to a nasty fight across the alley (a different property) with furniture being literally tossed out the window, lots of yelling. This was not the fault of Hotel Silla but would not have been an issue if the windows were shut. This hotel had some nice looking rooms I saw when walking down the hallway but they seemed to use them for the tour groups that frequent this hotel.

The staff was awesome! Very accommodating and friendly. Quick response time for requests. The breakfast was top notch and delicious. Wish we were able to stay longer than one night.Location was awesome. Could easily walk to all attractions.

The staff were really nice, they were available 24/7. The room was also big and comfortable. The shower was big and the water pressure and temperature were stable. There breakfast was nice too

This hotel has a fabulous location. You’re over the river so it’s a bit less chaotic. It’s out of the ZTL so you can drive there and they have a garage onsite which is really easy. That said Google Maps wanted to take us over the river into the ZTL to get there (a road was closed which I think confused it!) so we had to pull over and call the hotel. Chiara was very helpful in navigating us and she was so kind and friendly when we finally arrived. We had a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds which was perfect for our teenagers. The double bed was the most comfortable yet! The breakfast was perfect - the pancake machine was a hit! We would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Silla and were welcomed with hospitality and impeccable service. The location is great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was cozy and spotless, and the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Also, the breakfast was incredible, offering a variety of options to suit every taste!

Everything is clean, and there is everything you need, very warm, good water rate! close to the centre and shopping, but very quiet!

The entire hotel floor was under renovation and smelling with paint smell.I woke up to attend to the workers right out side the door. Fix your hotel first and then open the bookings.
