Pros +
- The interior of this place is so beautiful and thoughtfully curated, it felt like walking into a Pinterest moodboard. We stayed in the upstairs floor with a lovely city view. The area around was quiet and felt very safe to walk at all times of the day. Another perk is that the bus stop is right around the corner (1 min walk), so talking the bus to the busy city areas were easy and efficient. I also want to note that I've never received such great customer service from a hotel before. The front receptionists were so helpful in giving us travel tips on where to visit, how to navigate the city, and gave us a map with personalized recommendations of what to see. We chatted for some time before being guided to our room. It really did make the experience so individualized and special. I also want to note that they offered free luggage storage since we stayed at the hotel. We had a quick convo with the owner and we were able to keep our baggages safe in a storage room after checkout so that we could keep exploring the city before our next destination. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Florence!!

- The hotel is beautiful and located in a central area, walking distance to the center or easy to catch a bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Despite the central location, the area is very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet had lots of simple options to chose from.
Cons -
- Everything was a 10/10!
- Because it is a beautiful old building, the sound proofing is not amazing - but thankfully other guests were quiet and respectful, as were the neighbors.
- Some rooms are in a separate building a few minutes’ walk from the main building, where breakfast is served, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Comfortable, stylish rooms in a quiet residential area. The hotel is peaceful, just a short walk to the bus stop, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. A convenient and relaxing stay.

Nice hotel, clean with spacious rooms. Staff is very nice and friendly.
Breakfast was not very exceptional. Location is a hole downstairs and the offer is not great ( coffee is very good on the contrary ). Pancakes are out of a Coop bag ( not freshly made) and there is no fresh fruit a part from some apples.
beautiful location close to plenty of restaurants, very easy access to buses that take you anywhere, place is very clean and the staff is very friendly
Quiet and comfortable. Away from downtown but close enough to walk. Plenty of restaurants near by.
The modern design and clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was very nice.
Not much around. Only one nearby bar.
We booked the hotel, but instead of getting a room inside the main building, we stayed in the apartments located a little further away. At first, we were a bit disappointed — until we saw how beautifully designed and perfectly arranged those apartments are! Modern, stylish, spacious, and completely renovated — simply perfect.Breakfast was served at the hotel and was excellent as well. Stella was super friendly and communicative, just as it should be for a hotel of this class. Highly recommended!
My friend and l had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, gave us a Map and circled out a few places to tour during our stay, good Resturants to eat and transportation options we had.The rooms were very clean, spacious and just so beautiful. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
The staff was very nice, the breakfast was the best and the room was very clean. The hotel is also right next to the bus station which you can take to get to the city center.
It was near a bus line to get to the central area. We enjoyed being in a residential area so we could eat at local restaurants.
Our room was downstairs and a little cold even on a sunny day
Very pleasant hotel, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Located about a 20-minute walk from the Duomo (or a bus ride). Good breakfast.
The value for money was good. We were happy to book this hotel in October at a very reasonable price. The location is quite great – about 15 minutes from the city center. There are parking spots around, but parking is paid separately. There are also many bars, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel itself is cozy, stylish, and fairly new. However, one small downside is that the hairdryers in the bathrooms are quite old – it would be great if they could be replaced. The staff was very friendly, positive, and helpful. There’s also a nice outdoor area where you can relax and sit in the garden. Overall, it’s a lovely, pleasant place to stay.
One downside was the breakfast – the selection was quite limited. The only hot option was boiled eggs. There were no vegan options at all, and for vegetarians, only eggs, cheese, and bread. There were plenty of sweet options like cookies, cakes, and waffles, but the taste was quite artificial, more like something from a grocery store. I would recommend mentioning that the breakfast is quite minimalistic and may not suit everyone. I wouldn’t really call it a full breakfast.
The hotel is on the outskirts of Florence but very accessible by the no 11 or 17 buses. The hotel has a real Italian house feeling rather than a hotel which added to its appeal. The breakfast’s were continental but all options were very enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every day with our bed being made up and fresh towels. All part of the service.
Staff very good
It’s not a luxury hotel by any stretch. Just a 3 star really. Annex very noisy next to rat run with vehicle noise at all hours., no milk supplied for the 2 free coffees etc.
It was beautiful and in a good location to hop on the bus. The staff gave great information that made getting on public transportation really easy. It was nice to have free breakfast as that was hard to find in our research.
The room was quite small for two, the location in the hotel was right next to the breakfast room which was quite loud early in the morning when trying to sleep in on vacation. We were instructed to not turn the AC below 22 degrees Celsius and if we did it would trip the breaker and everything else would turn off so we were a little uncomfortable with the sleeping temperature.
Beautiful quaint hotel. Very comfortable bed. Hot strong shower. Great breakfast. Easy access via bus 11 or 17 to old town and major attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and visited the local restaurants recommended by the hotel

I loved the Gardens , very tropical looking also everything so clean & tidy Breakfast Beautiful, everything in its place , so tidy . Staff were very nice & helpful.
Bathroom a bit small
Lovely breakfast area and in the main hotel the garden / bar was nice . The separate hotel was ideal for us as we had a car and is next to the garage spaces . City centre was a 30 min walk away or 15 min bus ride (bus stop 80ft away so ideal ). Bed was comfy and room had kettle and coffee machine in it which was great . Shower was good and whole room very clean .
Road noise which in room 14 was bad after 7am and the room could really do with double glazing or something as once disturbed you could not get back to sleep . Room needs a shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag on as no where else to put it !! Main room needs a cupboard or unit with some draws to put things away in during the night or day as only a desk available which has lots on it already.
