very good breakfast. Clean room and good service. The staff were really helpful. Would recommend it to anyone travel to Florence.

Great location (close to the center), generous room size.

The breakfast was the same every day, with limited options. The room was chilly, the air conditioning was not enough.

I liked everything about the property, rooms were extremely clean, staff were warm and friendly, comfortable pillows/bed. Location was perfect.

Very good location, super near San Marco, and super nice host, and excellent breakfast! Not a big hotel, but everything was designed delicately.

Clean, comfortable, welcoming and within 10 minute walk of the Duoma/centre of Florence.

The staff was great! When we came, the man in the front desk helped us to carry our luggage. Also the lady who taking care of the breakfast was so kind. The cleaning lady was also nice and did good job.

The fact that the room doesn't have a safe and the mattress was 2 small mattresses. But other than that was great.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was amazing! It felt so great every evening to finish off the day with a wonderful shower.

Everything but the stairs. I don’t know if I missed something but I feel the comment regarding upper floors requiring stairs was misleading.

It’s hard to make a negative comment because everything about it was great, except the stairs. The hotel is actually on the 3d floor with 7 or 8 stairways. Fortunately the manager helped me with my bag. For that I was very grateful.

Stuff is very attentive and sweet. Rooms are very clean, the atmosphere is great.

There is no lift and that is a real discomfort and there were mosquitos and I was all bitten

The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything. When somebody checked in at 5 a.m., it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs because the walls and floor were vibrating, and I could feel all the movements from the neighboring room.The bathroom is really tiny, it’s hard even to stand there, although the shower cabin itself is fine.

All rooms up 3 flights of stairs with no lift! Not a hotel, but a nice B&B. Breakfast was OK, but no better. Don't sleep with window open - got bitten by loads of mosquitoes!

Providing nice breakfast, quiet street, nice restaurants and bars close. A short walk further is the DOM with all the shops and activity. Spacious modern, quiet and clean rooms. There are some steps to climb but we didn't mind that.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern, very conveniently located hotel. Lovely breakfast and comfortable beds made our stay exactly what we hoped for!

The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes walking distance from Duomo and at the same time in a quite and safe area. Rooms are recently renovated to a high standard, staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

A kettle or coffee machine is missing otherwise all perfect.

Clean, good Location, nice design

The aircon was broken which was an incredible pain in 38 degrees Celsius! We barely slept for 2 nights. I understand mistakes happen but nothing was offered to make up for that major inconvenience.

The flight of stairs but staff came to help, so thank you again to all the staff.Our AC wasn't the best it produced cold air but when set to a colder temp we felt as though it didn't match to the air that was produced.The bathroom is a bit small for 2 guest staying at the property

The great location, it was silent and cozy. We also liked the breakfast. And the staff was very friendly, we even got to check-in early.

No safe box.

Location is very good, a short walk to all touristic attractions, but not in the middle of the crazy touristic area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Hotel is clean and rooms look new and well kept. Keep in mind the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building (this is something quite common in Italy) and there is no elevator - big suitcases may be difficult to carry up the stairs though the reception man went down to help. The bathroom is small, again quite common in Italy.
