    Pros +

    • Location and size of room
    • Wonderful location, excellent little suite and fabulous staff.
    • Very clean, modern, in a great location and staff was so kind and very responsive. Highly recommend! We would stay there again.

    Cons -

    • Room above us were very noisy. We could hear them stomping around and moving furniture etc.
    • For as large as the Jr. Suite is, the bathroom could be bigger and it would be nice if there were dual sinks.
    • no negatives, except for not directly offering breakfast. Nonetheless the 7 euro deal to have it across the street more than makes up for it.

Security, close proximity to the Duomo, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and quiet at night.

staff, location, the ample space. All in all a terrific choice for a stay that makes having a little kitchen such a great convenience

The room was extremely spacious and clean.

The rooms could use an updating, they are old looking, however, that is most of Europe.

Location, cleanliness, staff, I can't say enough about this property. When i return to Florence in the future I definitely will book again.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste but that's an individual preference.

The location was amazing! Very close to everything, all the sights and amazing restaurants. I ran the marathon and because all amenities are complete we were able to cook after the race.

pretty much everything was good. from the early contact with instructions how to get to and into the property, to the well maintained room and building. the location is top, quite close to all the good places.

lack of coffee machine. not a big deal, though ;)

The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location was super convenient, easily walkable to the duomo, Uffizi, Accademia, San Marco, and other main sites. We had a car and appreciated the convenience of the garage right around the corner.

I would have liked a softer pillow.

Amazing location. Central but quiet as our room was off the main street. Large space to spread out including a kitchen with everything you need. The housekeeping was thorough. The communication with the staff was great and they helped us with a taxi back to the airport. Multiple restaurants on the same street along with shops and a short walk to the Duomo.

The only negatives were that the AC was off and it was hot in the room (travelled in October) and the pillows were hard. The staff assisted with some fans and a summer blanket.

The room was spacious, very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    We liked everything!

Spacious, clean apartment, close to the Duomo but also to other less touristic areas. Staff very friendly.

Very nice room, received a free upgrade. Next to city center but not loud. Loved the full kitchen.

Feels weird that there is no reception on Sundays, seems like it would be difficult to check in and out on sunday.

The apt is very large - plenty of room for the sitting/dining area separate from the bedroom and bath. Everything was super clean -- and I have high standards. The location was fantastic - the staff - reception and the cleaning - were very personal and accommodating. Wifi and Air Conditioning were critical to us, since we are working remotely. Both of these exceeded our expectations. We had choice restaurants and attractions within a short walking distance. Great selection - highly recommend.

    Wish we had stayed longer.

Fantastic location just a short walk to the Duomo!! We had a very nice surprise upgrade to a large suite that was so nice!! Comfortable bed and great service from the staff. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was excellent. Suite had many areas to charge the electronics . Kitchen was very convenience for our breakfast. The staff was very attentive.

Impossible to say a negative thing.

The room was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were generally indifferent, and most concerning was that housekeeping removed our personal items without permission. My elderly mother didn’t notice a small sign in the bathroom—written in very tiny print—stating that drying clothes in the room was not allowed. In the intense 36°C heat of Florence, we washed and wrung out our underwear daily (not excessive laundry), using towels to absorb water and hung them neatly on a rack. When we returned, they were gone. The receptionist, rather impolite, handed us a bag of our undergarments and claimed that because of wooden floors, water was not allowed and that we should have used their laundry service—something we wouldn't use for underwear, and which wasn’t even available until the next morning when we were already checking out. They kept repeating that a sign was posted, and even said we were almost fined €200, as if they were doing us a favor—though no fine was ever mentioned in the sign itself. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I’ve never encountered such an unreasonable policy. Not being allowed to air-dry even minimal clothing like underwear in the bathroom, without any direct verbal warning, and having our belongings taken away without consent is simply unacceptable. This was the only hotel where the wooden floor seemed more precious than guest privacy or comfort. Not recommended at all.
