Cons -
- There is no AC in our room.
- Very difficult to find the entrance to B&B. Gps did not navigate us to the door. Man on duty could not speak English well enough to help us. Room is dated but OK for one or two days due to the positives.
- Was not refunded two nights I did not stay there. Staff was rude.

The staff... always smiling!!! Then the location.Fantastic! Afterward the breakfast. It was very good. The size of the room and bathroom , also was very good!
No... it was according to my star level selected.
Charming hotel with a lot of personality! The staff was very friendly, and the location is convenient (right next to Santa Maria Novella train station, within a 10 minute walk of most sights). Hotel includes a continental breakfast and excellent coffee.
Location
We got lost on the way to the hotel. We called the lady that we will be late for check in. The lady was very rude & did not want to wait for us & asked us to do the check in next day. Begged her to wait for us. Finally she let us in. Terrible experience
Staffs, cleanliness, room size and location.
Room does not have a good AC. There is not a fan in the room to help circulate the air to keep it confortable
Road noise
