Wonderful location. You can see the Dumo from the front door. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. The bathroom only had one light, and it was not very bright. You book here for the location.

Clean and comfortable room, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the location. Didn't include breakfast. Very accommodating. Let us leave our luggage in a storage area for a few hours after we checked out to sightsee.

Might be loud from the street during high tourist season. Wasn't for us.

Well-cleaned and comfortable room with a beautiful view of il Duomo and street life. Good variety of coffee options from the machine in the morning, as well as a nice gift in room. Lovely stay at amazing location.

Advertising a Duomo view shouldn’t require opening the window and leaning out to get that view. While room was spacious, bathroom was a tight squeeze.

Location was great

I thought we would have a Duomo view (we paid extra for this). However, it was a partial side view if you pressed your face up against the window. A terrible musty stench greeted us each time we entered the room (horrible moldy smell).

I liked the location, the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. Everything was in order and I was able to enjoy my time in Florence without worrying about room details.

Nothing. this is not a 5 star property but it was more than adequate for my needs and it was really good value in the heart of Florence. So no complaints.

The location is really good and center just walk less than a minute and u are infront of doumo. Room is really clean.i really appreciated that. They gave us small gift because of the new year. Heating system was really good. According to temperature it started to work by itself.

Location is both good and bad. Because it is at the heart of the city during new year, fireworks ? were fired till 3 4 am. Time to time my son wake up. But other night was pretty ok.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and the value is good. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend and stay again.

Very noisy. The walls are thin, so there is a lot of noise in the actual hotel that you can hear from your room. We were woken up a few times from banging.
