The location was excellent! The reception was great!

The room weren't so comfortable and very clean; it had just the necessary stuff. They could do much better with the rooms.

Staff was nice.

There were bugs in the room, rooms were very dim, beds were extremely uncomfortable and the area smelled. Barely any room to step in the washroom.

The property was very clean and in a good location. They even recently updated to include an elevator which is very appreciated. It’s small but gets the job done

The staff was okay with the exception of one who just went home in front of my nose and tells that another colleague will be there except I waited at least 15 min for the other one to even arrive so he could help. Usually it wouldn’t bother me but having a long day and being exhausted you want to go to your room asap especially when you checked in online not to waste time.

Great location, access to hotel after 9pm was easy, wonderful staff. Checkout process is easy too even we left early. They provide us with everything we need!

The location is great, very convenient! The room was very specious and comfortable the only problem was that it does not have elevator and the way to the rooms with your suitcases is very uncomfortable

Perfect location, close to the city and to the train station.

Not expected 3rd floor without the elevator, but nothing to complain about. Small repairs could be done in the room to make it look 10 times better, with small effort.

It was perfectly located, great to hop on and off from Firenze Train station. The room was big and very clean. The staff had the courtesy of leaving the AC on prior to our arrival making a very pleasant arrival. The room was as pictures describe it.

Our room was located in the first floor but you couldn’t take the elevator to it, that was a big downside for my pregnant wife and on top of that to have to carry the suitcase. Some rooms you can use the elevator but some you can’t.

The staff was kind and helpful they did try to assist me in getting my luggage to my room despite it being heavy and they did make accommodations for me to keep my stroller on the main level so I did not have to lug it up the stairs to my room every day while carrying my baby.

I wish there was an elevator as traveling with an infant requires heavy luggage which was very difficult to get to our room but otherwise we had a very lovely experience at this hotel

The staff was very friendly, the place was quiet and close to the areas that I wanted to visit.

A/C wasn't turned on yet but that is the norm for this area and time of the year.

The hotel has not an elevator. İt was so difficult for us with suitcases. Location was perfect we did not need any bus or train or anything for where we want to go. Staff was so kindly. Room was clean. There were no slippers.

Central location. Less than 10 min walk from the train station. Easy to find, and very friendly staff. Allowed us to drop our bags off so we could explore Florence before checking in. Good central location, walking distance to the church, museums, and all the main tourist spots. Nice big size family room, good comfy bed and pillows.

The 1st room we got on 1st floor the windows were looking at a small veranda without light and it was smelling with cooking all day so we could not open the window. They offered as another room after complain much better. Also there is no elevator so we should lift 20kg bags to the 2nd floor.

It is close to both train station and center, the room I was staying a bit old and pillows were almost flat.

It is very close the train station and touristic parts. It was clean. mini fridge in the room. The heater also was fine.

The room was close to the street. I could hear cars all night.
