Hall on 1st flor smels on wc. Walls in room are dark and light gray. 1 window. Bathroom is heated from room. Toilet set is too high....

Friendly staff. I was late for breakfast and when I asked for a place outside the door, they insisted that I could still get some breakfast at the hotel. Room was clean and had modern furnishings.

Room didn't match the pictures (it wasn't necessarily worse). It was quite noisy long into the night. The room has two windows stacked behind each other (I think to suppress some of the noise). Only the inner one could be opened. The room was rather warm at night (the policy did state that air conditioning was available only until October; still it wasn't a good experience).

perfect location in a relatively quiet street but enough restaurants in the neighborhood. Great staff.

Perfect location, very friendly staff

No elevator access from main floor/entrance to 1st floor. Would be challenging for those that have mobility issues. Staff was very helpful in assisting with luggage to upper floor.

Overall pleasant experience. Staff from Pakistan was very nice so was the morning staff and the lady at breakfast.

I liked how you needed a key card to enter the building. It was in a safe area. I felt like it was a bit far from all the things we wanted to do but overall location was good.

My friend and I booked the EXACT same room and somehow my friend ends up with a bigger room with a couch. Our room on the other hand was very small. The photos online made the room look larger than it actually was.

Close to main railway station, bus station and trams

Very good location, only 10mins walk from the train station. Has decent breakfast provided as well.

Single bed mattress is old and sagging on one side. Not very comfortable but doable.

On first night, couldn't get adequately hot water for bath. Maybe we were too late at night, so next night we ran the bath art an earlier time and it was warm.

The faucet of the sink has not hot water. The breakfast was not so good!! The parking is not include in the price and be aware to make a reservation for parking your car!!

Room does not have a lot of natural lighting but maybe that's just how it is in Florence?
