The front desk staff, particularly Clara were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room, the quadruple, was an excellent size and perfectly accommodated our family of 4. The location of the hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city center and easily accessible to the train station. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

There was no parking as listed. You had to go far away to park at a high rate. Breakfast was medium. Not very well as advertised.

The evening we arrived we were met by a very friendly receptionist. She was kind and helpful. We never saw her again after that evening.Breakfast was included and was decent, even if the eggs were powdered. The location was very easy and walkable.

-When we arrived all our bags got stuck in the elevator (very pleased I was not inside!)-The room was a glorified backpackers (but cost nearly 300 per night with city tax!).-At 5am they started setting up breakfast, which woke up the whole family. When I tried to mention this the following day, and request some care be taken so early in the morning, the reply I got was, "Well, we need to set up breakfast". When I tried to explain it was a rough night in their hotel, that we were bitten by mosquitos all night, woken up at 2am by a garbage truck and then 5am by the hotel, her reply was, it is not our fault the garbage truck is outside. I wasn't blaming the truck on the hotel, simply pointing out how the 5am wake up was even worse. I was very frustrated with this conversation as I was paying an absolute fortunate to stay in this hotel and she couldn't have cared less.-The shower was lukewarm-we placed a paid of pants on top of the wardrobe and an insane amount of dust fell down - not clean!

Perfect location. Walking distance to all the major attractions even the tram to the train station. Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing. Ice was available for the asking. Nice having a grocery store across the street, Also nice restaurants close by.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was the most comfortable we had on our trip, the room was nicely renovated. The staff was very friendly.

We needed two beds. I apparently misread their offer. My daughter complained about cleaning chemical odors.

Excellent location, very good and organized breakfast, excellent staff. Specially I want to thank Clara who works at the reception desk. She speaks several languages. She always was very helpful and answered all our questions. She recommended good restaurants and reserved them for us. Clara made our visit easier and more enjoyable.

Updating the hotel’s common area will be nice.

Aside from the convenient location, I didn’t like anything about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Klara, was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive, showing no effort to be accommodating.

My daughter surprised me by arriving at Florence and Klara was not accommodating for charging me more for the room I had booked so she can stay with me. She wanted us to book an apartment and pay for both Room and Apartment.

This hotel is great! We loved the location! 5 minute walk from the Duomo, 10 minute walk to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was well appointed.

If I am being picky - we didn't like the rain head in the shower! Rain heads are not convenient for women who don't want to get their hair wet!! But this is really just a super picky comment! We loved this hotel!

The building needs a some maintenance, some trim off the floors, walls a little banged up and painting would help. Shower looks great but the water flow wasn't.

Stayed for two nights at this lovely small hotel. The location is amazing, within walking distance to pretty much everything in Florence and near many great restaurants.The staff was absolutely first-class. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, gentle, and helpful. It's clear that nothing is too much trouble for them.The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had excellent amenities, including superb, modern showers and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning and WiFi were also great.Breakfast was a nice touch, and I appreciated how they spaced it out to avoid a mad rush.I fully recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Florence. I would definitely book here again on a return visit to Florence.

It was clean and the service was especially amazing, very friendly! The hotel is located directly in the middle of all these beautiful attractions and across the street from a minimarket. Right next to the trams going to the airport. The A/C is fantastic and a lifesaver!

Very small rooms. Furniture in the rooms was cheap and uncomfortable (except the bed/mattress!). No good place to sit and lounge, or sit and read as the upright chair was especially uncomfortable. No good desk space. I frequently had to interact with one specific person at reception who was on his phone in face-time with friends and family seemingly all of the time, on speaker mode at full volume. Not only was it very loud, but he never paid attention or helped, like when I asked him to let me know when the cleaning service was done in my room (I had to go up from the lobby and check myself many times). The rest of the receptionists were super helpful and friendly and so was all the rest of the cleaning and kitchen staff.

Close to all the major sites, shopping and fine restaurants. The bathroom was very roomy with a full size shower. The beds were comfy.Very modern decor. Staff was excellent, the breakfast was great, very extensive selections. And there's an elevator!

Curtains in the room let in too much light. No view.
