Location near train station

The hotel room had no window and was small but hotel location was very good.

The breakfast buffet was awesome! Big selection and very tasty. The bathroom was perfect for my needs.

WIth my window overlooking the main street, it was extremely noisy all night long. The window was left open and I couldn't close it. Also, the blinds were slightly raised, so the street light shined in my eyes all night. I could not close the blinds.

The area was great and the amenities and breakfast provided met expectations.

The AC in our room was broken when we arrived, making the room very difficult to be in as it was during a heat wave. The staff did not offer any solutions (such as a room change or portable fan) until someone could come in to fix the issue.

Great location near the train station. Nice, new room with a great balcony. Our room was COOL is the middle of a hot summer. Helpful and friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast.

Location within walking distance of all attractions and great view of Il Duomo from our balcony. Spectacular double rainbow. Super clean, good breakfast included and all the staff at front desk spoke English and were extremely helpful.

A little noisy until about midnight due to travel nd and trolleys across road. Just used earplugs till things quiet ended down.

Incredibly loud noise as located beside a busy road with key tram and bus links. Impossible to sleep after 5/6am. ☹️

Pantry was not there

Location is close to train station. If you plan to visit Pisa and travel by train, it is convenient. Tram stops also close by. It is clean too. Old building, but ok. Breakfast is mostly carbs, ok for this level of stay. Kind staff.

Noise and noise. Could not get good sleep, stayed for 2 nights, and 2 nights no good sleep. It affected the next days of course. For the traveler, the quality night sleep is very important. Trains are very loud, and men talking outside is annoying, they shout and stay there till very late, does not give the sense of safety. Also, you hear other guests as if in the same room. Maybe inner side rooms are better, but the road side rooms are not comfortable. Something must be done with that. Also, it is not very close to the historic center, about 20 minutes walking. Sometimes wifi gets slower.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was a little old, but completely fine — I’ve seen worse.On the day of arrival, we arrived at 9:30 AM. They helped us with our luggage and sent us for breakfast. Although our room included breakfast, it is not always offered on the arrival day, so this was appreciated.The internet was good. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes from the city center and very conveniently located.At night, it’s better to keep the windows closed, as it can be slightly noisy. With the windows closed, everything was fine — or maybe I just slept well.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient—close to the main transportation links and the train station.

There was no variety at all in the breakfast, and even very basic items like cheese or cucumber were missing.

Hotel delle Nazione is a wonderful hotel with tourist-friendly location that is close both to the train station and to Florence's main attractions. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is professional and always ready to help, the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended for you stay in Florence

We checked into the hotel at 18, when we get in the room, we realized that the air conditioner was not working, after dinner we returned to the room and informed the reception that the air conditioner was not working, the technical service came but it was not successful, if there was an alternative room, we requested to be changed in the room, but the reception said that the hotel was full and they gave us a heater, 10 minutes did not pass, the electric fuses of the room threw it, when I went down to the reception and reported the situation, they said that there were 2 alternative rooms, the air conditioner did not work again in the first room we looked at, 3. The air conditioner in the room worked and we changed room around 11 pm, as the room was facing the road, all the sound of the tram and the street was coming in, these were not enough, the hotel's fire detector was activated and they couldn't silence it for 15 minutes, our night was ruined. The tram ended at 2 and started again at 6, a tram passed every 10 minutes. We couldn't sleep at all. In general, the hotel is very old. Shower heads and door handles were broken.Breakfast is acceptable.The staff at the entrance was friendly, but you can't cover everything with a smile.The hotel benefits from its proximity to the train station otherwise not worth it at all

Great location, super clean, just perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend. When I return to Florence, I’m staying here again. Wonderful!

Great location

There was a technique to flush the toilet which did not flush well. The pressure in the shower was horrible. I could not wash my hair. I had to go to the hair dresser and pay 35 euros to get my hair washed and blow dried. We could hear are neighbors to well, we had to knock on the wall for them to quiet down

Receptionist was cordial.

Service and room amenities below average, poor breakfast, stains on the room walls, noise from tramway starting around early morning . It was clearly not what one should expect from a 3 star hotel.
