Some mold in the shower; our three rooms were on three different floors in different parts of the hotel.

Spacious

It¿s an apartment, not a hotel. You need to throw your own rubbish otherwise they will fine you.

Room and staff were great; however, one side of the bed was wet. Literally. It was strange. I could not reach the staff because I found out when I was ready to go to sleep and got into the bed. Their office closes early around 6pm. I was there one night.

Location

Worst hotel ever. Dirty bedding, rude staffs, zero noise isolation, smelly room, unlimited mosquitoes, no tissues, unclean towels. PLUS, no hot water for showering. No staff available after 7pm everyday. Perfect place to DESTROY your vacation :)

It was a good location for us. Close to the Centrale Market which was amazing. There were a lot of people around and lots of locals.

We were a group or seven people and had two apartments. Neither place had a large enough seating area for us all to gather.

I enjoyed a nice view from our apartment. There was a door that connected the living space to the bedroom..

The photos online did not look like the place we stayed. It was bland, and I paid extra for the room with the kitchen for cooking, but the stove did not work at all. There was no bathtub.

Only stayed one night with our family of 5 on our first trip to Florence, Italy. This place was fine. Location is good. T here is a market area across the street and great breakfast cafe too. The view was beautiful. There are no pictures on this site for the property that we stayed in. It was obviously a very old bldg that had been renovated. The apartment was sterile and I'm not talking about cleanliness. It just felt sterile. Price was right!

No paper towels, dish towels/sponges, washcloths. Baby roach found in my bed.

Odor in the rooms and bathrooms. Lack of communication by staff on how to get to rooms in fragmented layout..hard to find rooms. No public facilities for guests checking in or out.

The location was the best!

The room had an unpleasant smell and there were no slippers provided for going to the bathroom. There was no hair dryer, only a few small shampoo bottles, which is disappointing considering the price paid – these basic amenities and more should have been included.

the location is great and easy to get to. the staff was friendly and communicated well. breakfast was convenient.

the room was left a bit dirty. there was hair in the shower and the surfaces were covered in smudges of dead mosquitos.

Really enjoyed our stay in Florence! The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city so easy. Would happily stay here again!

Great location and very comfortable beds. Great shower.

The location was great. We spent two nights with a group of six and then rebooked for two nights for just two of us. Walk from train station was clear and easy. Farmers market and grocery nearby.

Very good location. The city center is easily reachable. It has its own parking.

The location was amazing. I could see the cathedral from my bedroom. The bedrooms were very spacious. The bathroom was quite large. Overall, the price for the size of the space we stayed in, was quite good.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Thankfully I packed body wash and kept that by the sink.

Beds were uncomfortable and need to be replaced as they were sagging. Also, no shampoo/body wash were provided. Parking was difficult for a van.
