Very close to the station and the price. The place doesn't have much ambience, but it is a clean place to sleep.

Staff was a bit indifferent about everything. And I wish I had read the part about Wifi costing extra before I booked.

Location is very good. Breakfast was a very good buffet with lots of choices. Beds were comfortable.

Room had small windows located high on the wall. It felt really claustrophobic. All infrastructure is lacking space.

Great location near the SMN train station and Mercato Centrale. Wonderful views from the terrace and great breakfast. Staff was also very helpful making dinner reservations and calling taxi cabs. Enjoyed our stay here

Close to the city center. Right across the street from the train station and convenient for taking the tram to the airport. Staff are always ready to help out. They opened the breakfast buffet early one morning so that we could eat befare an early flight.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. I had mistakenly booked the wrong day and they allowed us to stay on the right day (next day) free of charge, as we did not show up on the correct day . This was such a peace of mind.

Very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and heilpfull, especially the front office staff Kathlyn and the housekeeper, Katrina.

Great location to all attractions, train station, restaurants. Lovely toom, cleaned daily, very accommodating staff. Beds were comfy, bathroom was good with great shower.We had an early morning flight and the staff kindly arranged for a breakfast bag to take away. The daily breakfast was good with a cooked option, too.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the noise from the street kept me up most nights. Request a room away from the street, if possible.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the station and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the rooftop offers a magnificent view. The breakfast was also ok.

The room is extremely small and quite old. We barely had enough space to fit our two suitcases, with hardly any room to move around. The elevator is another story: a very old, tiny lift that gives you a real-life experience of staying in a historic building!
