I liked some of the decor.

The room smelled awful when we first walked in, like chemicals. It never went away. One night it smelled like sewage. I think it was coming from the toilet. The key system is weird. Having to give it to the front desk and having to ask for it back.

Old, old furniture. Horrible miniature bathtub with uneven floor. Where did they get those bathtubs from? Very dangerous to stand up on those uneven floors. Were designed for seating? We requested another room, which they gave us with a more safety tub.

Old furniture. Well, I know that they try to preserve the baroque ambient , but still, I prefer something new. Breakfast was OK and is free. Wifi not working in the room, the hotel has two hot spots in the first floor were the wifi did work OK.

Small room and bathroom. The staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I booked it due to advertising air conditioning, but the staff said it was not available due to the time of year. Our second floor room was uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately the window let in many mosquitoes which.

very uncomfortable bed, very small bathroom. No safe in the room. Second floor window couldn't be left open at night for security reasons, no air flow.

Location is very close to the Cathedral, and 10 minutes. walk to the train station.The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good.

Website saids has A/C but when we got there we’re told no a/c working. We had to open the windows to sleep.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—close to everything and super convenient. The staff were friendly, and the decor had a stylish vibe. The bathroom was especially clean, bright, and very up-to-date.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the lighting situation in the room wasn’t great, no ceiling lights, just a few dim lamps. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, which was disappointing. While the breakfast had the basics, it wasn’t particularly varied or exciting for the price point. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the mini bar. Worth considering if the price drops by about 30–40%.

The rooms were rather small. It is very out dated. Bathroom especially. Floor plan was very confusing. Hard to locate the room.A/C was turned off by hotel. We had to open the windows for cool air. So needless to say the bugs came in and we heard all the noises from outside. Hard to sleep.

We have always stayed at Hotel when in Firenze. Wonderful location, easy walk to many sites and the train station. Charming interior, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and always clean. They have a delicious breakfast with many choices and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast room is a sweetheart!

The bathtub was extremely slippery, need a few anti-slip strips. A bit pricey ( price had gone up noticeably from previous stats here).

Fantastic location close to everything we wanted in the centre of Florence.Super close to restaurants places of interest & easy walk from train station.

Nothing really.We were satisfied with everything.Breakfast was outstanding. Simona was lovely daily helping us.The house keeper was amazing.Everything so super clean.Maybe a bottle of chilled water left in the room could be a nice touch.

Such a nice place! Close to everything and a building full with character

We had to miss the breaksfast as we left very early and there was no way to make up for it or get a to go box the night before

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect and it is basically within walking distance to everything! The room was a nice size and the bathroom was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great.

The bed isn’t the most comfortable, very hard. Depending on where your room is located, you have to take different elevators as well.

Location, location, location. It was in an ideal spot to walk to all sites. The breakfast was great and offered a nice variety. Liked fact it was secured 24 hours per day. The staff was very friendly and recommended placed to eat and see.
