Friendly staff. Historic hotel built in 1890. Great location. Breakfast included. Restaurant/bar on site. Pet friendly.

I liked the location.

They tried to add additional charges that were confirmed months prior to the reservation were not needed. Multiple issues occurred between myself, a friend, and the staff. They finally made it right but not without hours of arguments.

Lovely location. Simple, clean, comfortable and good value for money.

The signage is really not clear enough of you haven’t been there before. The shower was okay but could use a redecorate and possibly have the drains cleaned.

Bathroom door had a weird position that made it difficult to use the faucet. Not really a problem. Everything else was perfect.

We booked 4 rooms for 12 guests. This was by far the most guest-oriented, friendly, smiling, and helpful staff I have ever encountered in European hotels. I honestly didn’t expect to experience service at this level.The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need.If I ever come back to Florence, I will 100% stay at this hotel again. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience.

The staff, Francesca, was really nice to talk to. The position was in a quiet street and the room was very spacious. They also upgraded this to a bigger room with a fresco on the ceiling. Free storage for our luggage on our last day.

The staff are vey nice and helpful, breakfast is good for the price and the location is very good. Overall, hotel is good value for money and it is also clean.

Hotel does show its age a bit with lack of modern sound-proofing and plugs that are a bit flimsy. But it is priced accordingly.

We asked for two beds and specifically booked, receptionist knew it, by the time we can to the room there was one bed.Worse is mattresses were so old that middle of the bed goes down lien a hole, which made our sleep so uncomfortable and hurt our back

The shower was hot and strong

This was meant to be a sound proof room as per our search criteria- it was not So noisy We had no soap for 4 days! Because of the exchange rate we paid for a 5 star “hotel” but got a 1 star

Concept with the sanitary room was ok, but cumbersome to get into the bathroom with a noisy door.Bed was soft but there was a whole in the mattress in the morning.

This was an economy room for us and we didn’t expect much more than the basics. It was a lot more than a basic room. Very clean, nice bed and great shower.The staff were all super friendly. The location is a very short distance to the centre and very easy to get to by tram.

We had breakfast on our last day. Very friendly but overpriced and not as good as the local cafes.

Breakfast was excellent, and location too. We walked from there to visit the important tourist places. Nice staff.

the staff were amazing. Sadly I don't remember names, but both people we interacted with were amazing, very helpful and sweet.

Wish the breakfast went a little longer. We'd just gotten in the day before and were exhausted so we slept a little later than expected. Missed the breakfast. :(

Quite clean, the staff is very positive and helpful

There is no soundproofing at all in the hotel. We’ve lived at the ground and at the second floor, everywhere you hear everything — cars, people talking and laughing at the yard (there is a restaurant), cleaners at 8:30 outside of the room, other guests etc. The bathroom was too small, the hotel in general is “tired” and outdated, though it’s clean.

Everything. It is a beautiful house, with great gardens and a swimming pool. There is an amazing view of the valley below. Plenty of outdoor seating. The room was large, great bathroom comfortable bed. The food fantastic.

The receptionists were the highlight of the Hotel, as they were very helpful and friendly.

Room could use a renovation
