The staff was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was good as well, even though a little on the modest side.
There are some stairs to get to the hotel, wich is located at the third floor. So coming with luggage might be a little hard. The bed was more on the hard side (we like it better soft). The bathroom was big, but the shower didnt work well, it had little pressure and it felt like getting a warm rain instead of the usual shower.
Bed was very comfy; we slept really well! Staff super friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating. Our curtain was broken and they sent someone to fix it without us even having to mention it.
Water pressure a bit lacking and no bedside table on one side of the bed - would be nice to have one. Breakfast nice but a little limited, might be nice to have some more savoury options.
Easy & clear communication about check-In procedure before arrival. Staff is very polite & friendly and pleased to assist with your requests. Room was cocy & comfy.
Very clean and friendly staff
The location was not very central and had to get a bus into town… no onsite car parking and had to walk 10min to car parking facilities but car parking was ok
Clean
They didn’t check us in. It was on the outskirts of Florence. Needed to ask some questions but no one there to answer. Water pressure limited. There was a barking dog.
This hotel is only a short bus ride from the historic centre of Florence, which made getting around very easy. It’s close to lots of amenities, including small shops (food and others), restaurants, swimming pool and pharmacy. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were absolutely delightful and the breakfast was vast and delicious.
The room was possibly a little on the small side. But as there is a veranda that can be used, you really only sleep in the room anyway.
The room was delightful! We didn't need a very large room as we were just staying in Florence for one night to fly home. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very attentive and ready to accommodate. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the selection was amazing. The area had shopping, two pharmacies nearby, and a variety of restaurants. I wish we had stayed another night or two here!
The only thing lacking is an elevator. The hotel is on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our luggage up the long flight of stairs!
Quiet location with good access to the city
Carrying our suitcases up two flights of stairs
The staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very very clean modern with authenticity feel in the building. The rooftop terrace lovely to sit whilst having breakfast.Thank you for the cleanliness and impeccable hospitality
Location was further from central Florence than I thought. Had to get a very busy bus to the main city attractions and san marco
The room is small, but very clean! The staff is very friendly! The location is good, you can easily get anyplace in Florence from Emma hotel by bus.
Alberto, the owner, is a sweetheart! I called him asking for a room with 2 beds and he gave us another room FOR FREE! That’s what I’m calling great customer service! Breakfast/ coffee was great, also accommodating people with special culinary needs like me (gluten free)! We’ll be back one day!
Pretty good as for 2*. Very clean and in general worth one night stay
Parking is the problem not of this hotel but of the city Florence. I guess the hotel did their best however I highly recommend to travel by train/airplane
The hotel itself and the room were amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating!
The water pressure in the shower could have been better. We had the room that's adjacent to the breakfast area, which can be loud when folks are there to enjoy their breakfast. If you're planning on spending your time in the city centre of Florence, do take into account you'll have to travel for about 20 minutes each way.
Great staff that are very helpful. Modern apartments that are great to be in and a decent breakfast buffet. It’s a 30 min walk to the town center, but other than that the apartment was great! Would recommend.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very clean. The breakfast is very good. However the main entrance of the hotel and the stairs are not great at all.
Cute rooms, nice staff
Thin walls, small breakfast, bit too far away from city center
