Kind staff was accommodating and flexible. Easy location and excellent value

The staff kindly took my luggage as I went to explore the city before my check-in time and offered free fresh fruit when I discovered I had to book breakfast beforehand. The room was very large with air conditioning and close to transit.

Staff is the best part, He is very nice and helpful. The hotel is well located, there are transport at some steps.

The staff had a dog barking and coming into our room. She also was screaming at me in Italian and throwing her arms up at me when the key broke. The water pressure was non existent. The shower was cold. The towels were like sheets. The bed was super uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, in a safe neighbourhood, with a very affordable and friendly italian-peruvian restaurant nearby, and an easy 20 minutes wals to the city centre. The room and restroom were very clean, and had everything you need, plus they tidy and replace the toiletries evey day.

There are a couple of things that might require a bit of adapting to, but certainly not deal breakers: the room was a bit cold at night and in October at least, they didn't have aheating system ready. Also, you will hear a bit of street noise and maybe some shaking from the street buses. They will however, give you extra blankets if you need them, and in general, the owners are very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very well located and well connected to the main attractions of Florence — most places are also within walking distance. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

The room and facilities were solid for the price range and location. Exceptional service from the front desk—they even stored my luggage for me for free for the day after I checked out. Highly recommend!

About 1.5km from centre, near tram, train station. Clean and friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable room. Everything about the stay was explained to us very well by the very nice owner. The surrounding area was not the best, but felt safe, and only a short walk to the tram stop followed by one stop to the center of town.

It was not a 3-star hotel, maybe a guest house! The room was not equipped! The toilet flush was problematic. There was not food or drink!

The location was convenient for my work

The staff was really rude. Especially the woman in the morning who was so aggressive, She refused to clean my bedroom and change my towels although the cleaning time was not finished. She was miserible herself and to be honest, should not be in contact with any client, The man was a bit better, but clearly the property needs refurbishement, The state is very poor.

The host was very kind, and the accommodation was comfortable and spotless. The area was quiet with no noise issues. I definitely recommend this place!

Little bit further walk from main attractions but the walk is manageable

The property was nice and quaint. The staff was very kind. We arrived 12 hours later than anticipated because of a nationwide transportation strike. We called to let them know we wouldn’t be able to make our check in time because of circumstances beyond our control. The gentleman waited up for us to arrive, about midnight.

The property was a bit of a walk from the places we wanted to go, but it was not a game changer for us.

The location is far away from city center and not accessible by public transportation and the air conditioning is so weak for the room size
