The location is great, not too far from the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Near to Railway Station for late evening arrival and getting away. Great Breakfast in panoramic windowed upper floor. Friendly staff.

There's nothing we disliked. A kettle to boil water for tea would be good.

I loved the room. Everything was very clean and the high ceilings comfortable bed and Italian tile floors gave the space a luxurious feel. The staff were very kind and responsive.

Conveniently located next to the railway station, but in a quiet location. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. All very good.

Nothing. It surpassed my expectations

Bathroom was a bit difficult to use because there was no curtain, so everywhere became wet, even toilet.

I asked for a quiet room but was woken every morning at around 5 by staff preparing breakfast. My room was adjacent to the breakfast room. Too much noise as a result

Best place to stay in Florence, great service, super clean, close to the station and all attractions. We walked everywhere.. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

The hotel’s location is perfect. Literally across the street from the train station and 12 mins walk to Santa Maria di Fiori cathedral. The breakfast offered was superb with an excellent selection of cold cuts, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, cakes and bread.

The climbing of stairs might not be suitable to people with mobility issues or the elderly.

Good selection of cooked and cold /fresh food. Unlimited hot beverages

On arrival lift was out of order and I had to carry a 20 kilo suitcase to the third floor (I'm 70)

Location near train station and 10-15 minute walk from city center. Breakfast was good and staff is very nice.

Our room was accessible via two flights of stairs with no lift (hard to do with four luggages). Safe is small and not bolted down…Not safe at all. Felt like we were tucked away in a storage closet. We noticed other much larger rooms but at a premium cost. Budget conscious travelers beware.

I think the breakfast was quite good

It was a long, steep staircase up to the breakfast room-which my elderly mother was not able to climb
