Hotel Lungarno Vespucci 50

Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Hotel employee was offered at check-in. The room was clean and the mini fridge well stocked with complimentary drinks.

Our room was on the small side, and was the one hotel out of four we had on this trip which did not have a desk and chair. The bathroom was also not as well-appointed as some others. Stocking of consumables was also a tad on the stingy side.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond and gave great recommendations. The rooms were nice.

Rooms were a little loud. Our portion of the hotel had no elevator which made things difficult. The room was on the smaller side. Construction going on right out side the hotel.

Quiet location and friendly staff

Our room was on the ground level and the bathroom had pretty sheer curtains, it made it difficult to use the bathroom or shower in the evenings because people could see in from the street.

The room was very clean and organized - the hotel employees were also wonderful especially the gentleman at the front desk on 27 June at 11am checkout.

It was very far from the city center - 20-30 minutes walking to arrive at any museums and squares, with a lot of construction and cars it was a more difficult walk than I was expecting.

That the room is big and spacious.

The lobby and hallways are ugly, dirty and not worth the price of the hotel.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but still a short walk to everything you need. It was quiet and very comfortable.

The bathroom was a little small, especially the sink.

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, spoke English and were all very attentive.

Not really, everything and every one was perfect! Located closer to the train station which made it very convenient for day trips to outside cities in the Tuscany region.

The staff was amazing. Heitor the concierge was delightful and knowledgeable - so helpful and welcoming. Hotel employees were so friendly and charming as well. Really, they were the main reason our stay was so nice. The room was great, too.

It has a great location, right along the Arno, with a terrific view. But it is a little bit of a walk to the Centro Storico - but that is merely a quibble. Everything was really great.

Very quaint and historic. Sitting on the top balcony, sipping prosecco and being mesmerized by the Arno River was one of the best moments. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was a little smaller than normal, but comfortable and clean.

The proximity to the Opera and the Uffizi museum. We went to visit each of these and they did not disappoint us.

Minor plumbing problem.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help whenever we saw them :)

The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The property was in a great location and easy commute from the train station and most of all - the staff was extremely helpful!

The location is beautiful and easily accessible.The staff exceeded all expectations. Friendly & efficient.The patio on the second floor quickly became our favorite spot.

We did not have any negative issues.

Perfect location, right on the river, but away from the busy area of Florence. We had a balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed coffee/wine and just watching the sunset! Perfect stay in Florence.

Almost Everything!!!

Next door room left dog alone in room at night, and it prevented sleep for us for several hours (until midnight!)

The hotel was wonderful – very clean, elegant, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location was perfect.
