Hotel was nice and the staff was very good. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but they changed us to another room because I wasn't feeling well. Overall, they exceeded my expectations.

Great location! Close to the Duomo. Easy to find and walking distance from the train station.

This hotel was situated in the town in Florence.The hotel was secured. There are a lot of shops and restaurants below the hotel. There is a good restaurant below the hotel that serves good pizza and Florentine steaks. The room was modern and very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute walked from Santa Maria Novella station.

Location is amazing, really close to the Train Station - especially important for those returning/taking rental cars. Cleanliness was also very good.

We were very happy to be upgraded to a suite with a bathtub, however, there is no place we could hang the shower. It can be challenging to shower in a bathtub while holding the shower. A small hook could increase significantly the experience.

The room was only ok, the sofa cover was dirty and our window opened up to the outdoor seating area as well as our bathroom window

Great location. Six minute walk from train station ,about a 7 minute walk to Duomo. maybe a 15 minute walk to Ponta Vecchio. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Staff super friendly.

Excellent location, very modern inside, don’t get discouraged by the building Florence is a very old city, no different than the rest of Italy

We enjoyed this hotel and we were happy that we were given a bigger room.The room was amazing with an impressive ceiling design.The location was perfect, short walking distance to almost all the main attractions in Florence.The breakfast was good and hotel had an outdoor terrace which was lovely in the morning and at night.We arrived by car and the nearby parking garage (Garage Giglio) is very convenient.

We were extremely fortunate to find this place after the AC wasn't working in our original accommodations and we had to quickly find another place for our 4-night stay. Exceeded our expectations. Super modern features. Comfortable. Elevator. Friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. Would ABSOLUTELY stay there again if we ever return to Florence. Great location as well. Close to the sites, and the train station.

The location was ideal, close to the sites we wanted to see and restaurants to eat at plus we could get in and out of the hotel easily.

Nothing to not like. This was our second time in two years staying and loved it so much, we would stay again!

The location was fantastic—perfect for a brief 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It included a mini fridge, air conditioning, and the bathroom facilities were new and well-maintained. As someone with celiac disease, I appreciated that they provided a gluten-free breakfast every morning. Additionally, the two restaurants at the end of the street offer entirely gluten-free menus and are certified to do so. There is also a dedicated gluten-free gelato shop just one block away, along with a grocery store that has a large gluten-free section. We will for sure be staying here again on our next visit to Florence.

The location was perfect - so close to everything but still quiet. The shower is the best I’ve seen in Europe and everything was very clean. The staff were also really helpful for recommendations of location restaurants and shops. I would totally recommend this hotel and will come back again

Excellent localization.Superb cleanliness.Most members of staff were very nice.Rooms very confortable.

Breakfast not worth the extra payment, very basic.Should have information that the lobby is on the first floor of an old building. Very confusing (and scary to think we were wronged) at the beginning, to find the lobby.At check-out wanted us to pay for bar item we didn't consume - be attentive to the final bill.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Walking distance to all the places I was going as well as a 6 minute walk to the train. Room was good size.

Not much selection for breakfast. Next time I would probably book the room with no breakfast since there are so many amazing places so close.

Lovely room, lovely bathroom, very clean nice furnishings, large space in superior room upstairs Tv room with coffee maker. Staff all lovely & very helpful and friendly.

Would have found just one chest of drawers good,as only one wardrobe which contained fridge & safe, which meant limited shelf space for clothes. Wardrobe only had 3 hangers, got 3 more . None full length for dresses or coats. We kept most clothes in suitcase.
