The owners of this bed & breakfast were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about Florence. The breakfast service was delicious. The room was beautiful, spacious and the bathroom was perfection. A/C was good too - highly recommend and hope to visit again.
The facility was opened less than a year ago and was completely renovated. It was a beautiful bed and breakfast that was more like a high end boutique hotel.

Cons -

onky things to know about: many steps to get to elevator from main entrance (may be a challenge if you can't handle the steps, but didn't bother us), concert hall is on other side of the building (minor thumping, but not a big deal on 3 of 10 nights

Seemed like a husband and wife that owned the place. Perfect for 1-2 people. The shower was amazing, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. For the price, I could not have asked for more.
