Hotel Cordova

Location close to center.

The room was just in front of a building under construction and nobody noticed us about the huge noise. The bathroom was not clean. Finally, we were 20 minutes late for check out and the manager came to warn us in a rude manner.

The only bad thing was the bathroom (the shower) other than that everything was beautiful and clean

The bathroom, it was too small and the shower was even smaller.

I like that it was in the center very close to major attractions and was easy to walk everywhere.

There is nothing I don’t like about the property, I would definitely stay in the same hotel again

Location close to the center, tram stop in front of the hotel, bed is comfortable to sleep on, spacious room for a couple, room is kept clean every day.

Shower is not separated from the rest of the floor in the bathroom, always puddles on the floor, cold floor in the room, old wooden window frames with no sound proofing, you can hear everything going on in the street, construction going on in front of the hotel and it starts early in the morning, no fridge in the room. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors from other rooms.The hotel is old.

The bed was very comfortable. Around a 20min walk to most things.

Our room was right outside a construction site who started work at 5am. The windows were very old so did not shut completely and it was insanely loud. The shower needed to be run for a minimum of 5 minutes before it got hot which was also very annoying. Very old building, in need of an update.

The location is very good and safe. The amenities all worked well also.

I suggest a better key entry method , maybe laminated number cards as the code entry proved problematic for me because my phone died and the entry code I had a picture of wasn't available until I could get my phone on. Luckily some other guests let me in or I would have been stuck on the street. I should have written the number down. I suggest you laminate a bunch of small cards with the code number on them for each guest

It was very well located and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hot water was not enough for four baths in a row, you had to wait a bit for it.

The location was good and it was an easy walk into center of Florence and the room had everything I needed aswell as the staff let me leave my bag there the day I checked out so I could look round the city easier.

The window was small and the bathroom was a wet room so when I had a shower the whole room got wet which made it hard to do other stuff as it took a long time to dry.

The manager is really nice, he managed to get us for early checkin because we were little early and outside was really hot. really appreciate that help. Also the dashboard pic of all details are really full and well managed. I liked that planning and organized approach.

The bathroom could be more good with separated shower place. it was a bit small for us.

The location was pretty good. Close enough to the main attractions and the train station.

The overall cleanliness of the room was not very good. The toilet is located inside of the shower, which makes showering very awkward and probably unsanitary. Two of the days that I stayed there I had no hot water. During a storm, the shutters were banging against the window. I had to secure them with a shoe string because the latch was broken.

it was like a hospital room and the ac was dripping and they could not fix it and upon our complaint they sad 'turn it off'

Bed was good and clean

The expelair in the bathroom was filthy, shower handle was nasty to touch even. Didn't use shower because of this.Lady on reception was no help. She had now english at all and was getting angry when I didn't understand her.

Staff were great, all very clean and tidy and good location.

It's an awful hotel, if you call it an hotel. There's an electric kettle but it won't fit the sockets. The shower is fit for most underdeveloped country in the world , no shower tray just a curtain separating it from the toilet part of the room. No fridge in the room for milk or water, no cups . The decoration of the room is so old and dirty it's like 1950s. The whole disgusting place needs upgrading. It's a shame because the building is rather nice. It's an insult to a beautiful city like Florence .

Fairly central to the Old Town, quiet and very private on the top floor. Comfortable room and great view.The manager was exceptionally helpful in helping with my ancient family history, and in recommending places such as the wonderful Tutto Restaurant and the Santa Maria Annuncia Church p nearby - just awe-inspiring.

Air conditioner, great beds, very clean, clear instructions to get inside. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property was great, just was woke up by construction across the street. Obviously that’s not the hotels fault.

The location was ideal, just 20 min walk from the Duomo. The views from the balcony were also very nice. The staff was very helpful. Rhe bes was comfortable

The air conditioning, although ut worked fine, had to be on for quite a while to lower the temperature to be able to sleep (it was a big room, and the weather was very hot)

Location was fantastic. Security was very good, we felt very safe. High ceiling in the bedroom, great air conditioning. Brilliant staff very helpful.

Good location, Florence isn't big anyway. Cozy room with good working airconditioner.
