Hotel Golf

Clean, close to downtown.

Air condition was not working well to cool us in summer heat.

The room was dark, ac not working, bathroom below par in cleanness and old. For sure not a hotel to pay above 250 dollar a night.

Breakfest was excellent, from all the coffee's to the cakes, cornettos,yogurt,toast, cereals, sandwiches, eggs,etc.

Outdated rooms, carpeting in hallway.Bathroom shower dirty, black mold on caulking and dirty frame on outside.

Very good breakfast and location.

Mosquitos, noise, no a/c!

The breakfast was really pleasurable and fresh. Staff was very good at filling empty items. Made service was excellent.

The room was a bit small for the cost. Hot water took very long to start. Staff was not that inviting.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy, and the location is very convenient — just a short walk from both the train and bus stations.

The check-in time is a bit late, but at least they allowed me to leave the car in the parking lot with my luggage until the room was ready, which was helpful. The room outside was more on the noisy side.

Basic hotel. Nothing to brag about.

On a main boulevard with lots of street traffic. The hotel hallways could use new carpeting and better lights. The room size was average. The bathroom door didn’t close and it squeaked every time you opened or closed it. Breakfast was decent.

The receptionist employee (bold guy with eye glasses in the morning shift) who checked us in was so rude to the extent that he was shouting at me because simply I was asking for a closer room to the receptionist for my father in law who is 74 yrs old!!!!

Rooms are too plain. Lack of amenities and comfort. WiFi was bad

The reception staff are a bit passive aggressive! I don’t know if this is the norm in italy or not but I’ve payed tons of money and I shall be treated with respect. I asked for an iron and they told me that Irons are banned in hotels in a very rude manner. The ACs are not working in one of the three rooms. The fridges are not working in TWO of them! The breakfast was below average. The location is not great. The keys have a big gold ball attached to them which is very inconvenient to carry. Honestly wouldn’t go there again.

Walking distance to most attractions and shopping. Quiet area, good AC

Double bed was two singles mattresses pushed together. At night you fall in the hole between two mattresses Parking is limited, come early.

Proximity to the train station.

Breakfast was ok. The coffee was absolutely awful.

The location is great, 15 min to everything, parking is available and free! A good-sized room with good air conditioning. Morning breakfast was very nice.

Was not easy to get into the parking lot. No access from inside the hotel. Had to walk outside on the street through the gate that was opened by the person at the reception. So, better to call and tell when you will be there for the gate to be open when you arrive otherwise no stopping in front of the hotel.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff was friendly.Placed in a good area, close to the train station and with easy acces to the city center, bus and tram stations.

The shower wasn’t work properly, The water inside the shower tray would fill up, and your feet would always end up dirty with soap and shampoo residue

Great hotel closer to historic downtown; You can walk to the downtown area; there is a tram station as well that you could opt for. We took bus to Piazza Michelangelo from near the Hotel. Hotel has parking and we were lucky to get a spot may be because as we travelled in May which is not a very busy season. Rooms were large and has all basic amenities. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Couple of things that I would suggest is that they provide hot water kettle as I like to drink warm water. The other thing is that the bathroom did not have a toilet roll holder which is a small thing but seemed odd to me.
