Pros +

The manager was very helpful and delightful.
The owner was very nice; kind and helpful. The room was adequate but no fluff. I was chilly in the room. No rugs, but very clean. Shower small, but seems to be the norm in Italy, even in 4 star hotels. Simple clean rooms. Continental breakfast.

Cons -

Noisy. Rubber mattress pad made the bed very uncomfortable in the heat. When I arrived, I told the manager that the double reservation was incorrect and that I was the only guest. I was charged double nontheless.
Cold tile floors. Water temperature fluctuated in the shower in one of the hotel rooms. Did not happen in the other room we had.
