The AC in the hotel and room was not the best. We had to ask for a fan to help cool our room off.

The staff and their service is outstanding! We walked with two extremely large luggages from the train station. As soon as we entered the lobby, the male reception greeted us with a smile as the bar hopper took our luggage. Amazing service since the start

The location is a love/hate relationship. On one hand, you are near the water and next to the Uffizi gallery. On the other hand, you are about 10-15 minutes by walk away from the train station. The walk doesn¿t seem bad, but with two large luggages, it is

Location, location, location.

Hotel is lovely. You can't ask for a better location. Only heads up is the shower is EXTREMELY small - not much room to turn around and hard to place toiletries.

The hotel was very clean and felt safe and luxurious. The location was perfect one block from pointe bev hip the rooftop bar has wonderful views. I would give it a 10 out of 10 but the beds were very hard.

Breakfast room is beautiful and the food was exceptional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was stellar! Location could not have been better.

My only recommendation is that the staff not adjust the temperature from the office. They controlled the thermostat at night and the temperature in the room was freezing one evening and extremely warm the next. We had to contact the front desk and ask to have our control turned on so that we could adjust the temperature ourselves.

Very ordinary breakfast with disgusting coffee - luke warm, stewed and weak. And this is Italy! (It was just as bad in Venice and yet it's such an easy thing to get right.)

This hotel enhanced our stay in Florence and we will definitely stay here again. The location was amazing and the front desk staff always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great; served in a delightful breakfast room with beautiful frescoed ceilings.

We loved everything about our stay here. Unbeatable location, comfortable facilities, delicious breakfast, views from the breakfast room and top floor bar, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff members.

Historic place; where they filmed the movie, “A Room with a View”. Its location is perfect; in the middle of the Florence City Center. The ambiance is golden; as was our room with a view of the Arno River.

pretty noisy in the area at night, probably because the streets are so echoey in Florence, what you would expect in a medieval city I suppose.

The cleanness and the rooftop views were spectacular. Also the breakfast was great. I Loved all the choices of things to eat and the breakfast room was so beautiful. The chandeliers were amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful

Location is excellent just a minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and just minutes from great shopping and city attractions. Room was big with excellent finishes and clean. Breakfast is excellent and staff extremely friendly.
