- Very clean room close to all the main attractions and highlights of Florence. It was a great deal for the price in my opinion. Breakfast was included and the food was good. The room was nicely appointed. I¿d recommend this hotel.
- The location was great. Was able to walk to all sites in florence. Our room was ready when we arrived.
- Excellent location, wonderful friendly staff, superb breakfast served until noon!
Cons -
- Really no complaints!
- They did not provide coffee or tea in the room. I called and asked for it and they mentioned for standard room they do not provide a kettle for coffee or tea. I had stayed in 4 star hotels before and I always had at least a kettle for coffee.
