Great location to bus/train station. Close to Duomo. Friendly guys at front desk.

Beds were very close together but it was fine. Be careful of wet tile in bathroom with shower. Like all wet tile, it¿s slippery. I didn¿t notice it and fell

Air conditioning

The old man working front desk was weird and unprofessional. When I had arrived (during office hours) no one was at the desk but they had left a key with my name attached.I was in the room resting for a while after a long travel when this guy uses his master key to open our door and let himself in our room just to say I needed to check in. There is ZERO reason he couldn’t have just knocked on the door to do so. This was a female only dorm. I was in bed and another girl in the shower. So unprofessional. Abuse of the master key. Made me feel unsafe the rest of my stay.

Location is good, near from the main attraction. The room is cleaned every day.

Hot water in the bathroom is not stabil, I washed my hair with cool water in the winter.

The private bathroom and toilet were amazing, the heat system was perfectly working. It was a comfortable staying for me. spend three days and no regret. the haridryer was strong than the other haridryers you might find in hostels

it was not a problem for me but there is no common area if you are expecting a typical hostel common area. there was only usb socket near your bed which was not suit for my phone so I had the charge my phone before I go bed or after.

It’s nice, warm (I was worried because it was winter, but the heaters were at full and it helped a lot), clean.

There was no one to do the check in for us. We were able to get the room keys 1 hour after arrival because the cleaning service guy helped us get the keys. You usually have to wait a lot. PLEASE carry the exact city tax amount in cash with you as it’s very likely that there’s no one to receive you in the reception and you’ll have to leave the city tax in cash inside a mailbox…The shampoo bottle from the bathroom was defective and did not splashed any shampoo. The beds lockers are a bit dirty inside. They have dust and a bit of dirtYou should include type C connectors in the bed's headboard, as it’s only got type A.

I was warmly welcomed by the staff and the hostel has a cozy vibe.The shared room was spacious and well thought through for storing your belongings, including a little safe.The shared breakfast had different things to offer: juice, yoghurt, veggies, bread,...If you're looking for things to do in Bologna, they will give you recommendations as well.

There aren't many bathrooms, so if you want to take a shower it's better to plan a bit around the rush hours.

Shower stank of pee, shower‘s water pressure, towels not provided, owners very delayed response

Location was super central. It was relatively clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

There is no hang in the showers. Also, only USB sockets in the beds. Lack of sockets :(

The guy in the reception was super friendly. Hotel was really clean and location is easy to access.

I liked the room and the bed. Blankets are new also we opened their packaging. Bathroom and toilet were new.

The only missing part is not having a kitchen to eat. Still, i prefer a comfortable and clean room instead of a kitchen.

The bathroom was renovated, very nice and spacy and a perfect location

The beds were quite old and had an awkward room in between beds which left you face to face with a stranger because the two bunk beds were right next to each other

Communication through messenger was good and efficient, location is perfect,room is big and clean . Thanks for late check in , highly appreciated ?

Was missing towels and sheets,was sleeping under my coat . Could not find it anywhere in the room ?
