Hotel is clean, staff are super friendly, and the location is great.

The hotel is in a great location to the nice stores and the monuments. Huge Room and Bathroom. Comfortable temperature. Pet friendly

I was able to listen to every sound people did around, steps, suitcases, doors, etc.

The staff were super friendly and helped me haul my luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Great location and quiet street!

For the overpriced Florence, this property offers great value.For a 2* hotel the room was spacious, the bathroom comfortable and very clean.What is stellar for this hotel is the location: in a quite backstreet, 10 mins walk from train station and 5 mins walk to Duomo.

There are steep steps and no elevator for the reception (1st floor) and for the rooms (1st-3rd floors).Don't expect someone to lift your luggage.

Hotel located in a small street off the High end shopping, it's location is at most 10 -15 minutes at most walk from all the museums and places of interest.

The room is compact but has everything you need. Great if you're spending a few days.

Located in a quiet alley, could be intimidating to solo traveller, signage for hotel not visible clearly from the start of the alley. We were not sure whether to knock or ring doorbell upon entering the building.No safe in the room (but didn’t ask if one was available either)

Nice location but off the crowded streets. A nice clean basic room while visiting Florence. You can tell owner loves his city and has great recommendations of places to eat. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe at the property.

Excellent location. Comfortable large room. friendly hotel reception. Gave us lots of advice. When returning to Florence, will stay there again
