Hotel Caravaggio

We liked the location of the hotel and the fact that we didn¿t have to park the car¿the hotel did that for us.

The room was very small for the 4 of us. There were no place for our bags and other belongings. AC was more like a fan and did not cool the room. Ot just circulated the air so it was very hot inside the room.

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Room size was smaller than expected for a triple.

The garden and welcome cocktail were adorable! Also the only place we stayed at in Italy with working AC.

The room we selected was the cheapest option so I am not surprised that we had an inward facing window, but it would have been nice to look out onto the garden or street.

Charming hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Nice big bed. Good location. Thoroughly met expectations and would stay here again.

Walls were a bit thin. We could hear the couple next room talking at I think a normal volume. Still I like this hotel.

Wifi was a bit slow

The location is a big plus, close to the bus, train station and the tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly, helpful and cordial. Window with view to the Dome.

The room size is ok however the furniture, appliances and curtains are very old. The shower is very very small. Anyone over 150 pounds will have issues fitting inside the shower.

A very good and conveniently located hotel that has everything one needs for a comfortable stay in Florence.

It could be a bit cold inside in winter.

At night the heater didn't function well. Very cool, my family and I wake up a few times because of the cool air from windows... Not many choices for the breakfast buffet, just fair and normal. A bit far away from the train station.

Parking is expensive in Firenze... But that is not the hotel's problem, is it...

Authentic, well located cozy hotel with nice staff and perfect for a short stay in Firenze.

Parking is a challenge in Firenze and valet parking ain't cheap..

The best location possible if you need to spend time at the conference Centre. An easy close walk, can go back to pick up something or take a break. My room as on the 3rd floor, and the view on the inner park and the Florence Basilica were amazing. The Room was also quiet and had all the comforts you need, from mini bar to coffee and tea station. Note, I had a superior room though. A perfect 3* Hotel also close to the centre for walks and dinners

The free drink should not be limited to their favorites. A glass of beer or wine should be included.

Nice hotel in the center of Florence. Quick access to all attractions. Nice staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Excellent organization regarding parking. Delicious breakfast.
