Location. Clean and comfortable room

No soundproofing, I could hear everything going on behind the door and it was disturbing. Wi-Fi almost not working. My window outlooked windows of another builing, one against another, so it was impossible to leave curtains open at all.

Great location with a family room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome, even arriving very late at night. Having bag storage available was ideal, after we checked out and allowing us to explore the city throughout the day. We had a very short stay but it was perfect for our needs during our time there.

Location is great. Price is great. Room is basic but definitely good enough.

It feels like they are deliberately cheap in a few odd ways that really impact atmosphere. One, the lights in the hallway are on a timer so every time I walked in or out of my room I walk into a dark hallway and lights turn on as I go. It felt like something out of a movie. So cheap. Also lots of annoying signage about how much water you save doing x or y to save the planet, but when you are asking people to flush the toilet less, that doesnt help the planet, but it probably saves the hotel a few bucks in water. Finally, staff is gone entirely from the front desk during main hours in the middle of the day.

A friendly welcome, a clean and comfortable room, a great location and great to be able to store baggage after check out too!

The hotel is in great location right next to the river and 10-20 minutes walking distance from every important site! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms looked even better than in pictures. Over all I loved my stay there!

The only criticism I have is that there are very thin walls so you can hear everything from the hallway in your room.

The accommodation was very clean, modern, and well maintained, and the communication with the host was clear and helpful throughout our stay.

Although the location appears close on the map, walking with heavy luggage was more difficult than expected due to cobblestoned streets.

no hot water during the night

This is a great location for a solo traveler to stay. I stayed one night before checking into my study abroad program, I had large luggage which easily fit in the room and could even be checked by the reception area after check out if my other stay wasn't ready yet. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom as well.

This place is awesome, I highly recommend staying here! It’s a newly renovated hotel inside of a beautiful classic building. The room was super comfy and cute it felt like I had my own apartment. The staff were all super friendly and I just had the best time!!
