Pros +
- Beautiful property and wonderful staff.
- Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, high quality ammenities and helpful front desk. The breakfast buffet is superb.
- The Villa and its design. Most Firenze hotels feature a Florentine style, which we find far too "visually noisy".Villa Neroli offered a minimal, clean, modern room design, which we found very relaxing and loved during our vacation. The Villa itself is wonderful, with a nice garden and convenient parking. Breakfast was good, and so was the service. We enjoyed the location - in a residential area, some 5-10 minutes drive to the outskirts of Firenze Center (and a convenient Parking cellar near the ZTL, which we were not allowed to drive into).
Cons -
- Parking was diffficult
- Room 206 had a constant sewage odor.Maintenance tried to fix but couldn’t. The restaurant at dinner time was pricey and the dishes were just OK. A ride to town takes about 40 mins.
- The food at the Hotel's Neroli 141 restaurant during dinners was quite mediocre.

One the cutest hotels Ive stayed in.The bed was was really really comfortable.Everything was perfect except the parking
The parking gets full easily
Pretty much everything. Super comfortable bed, great location, very good breakfast, pets friendly.
I would prefer a real Italian cappuccino, not the one from the machine as it doesn’t make a proper milk foam. It tastes ok; however, you cannot call it a cappuccino ;-)
Villa Neroli is tucked away in a quiet part of Florence, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious & spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is so generous with a wide variety of foods offered. The showers are great with plenty of hot water & good water pressure!
Absolutely nothing!
Amazing ambience, very clean and super nice hotel, great breakfast (juice maker and pancake machine topped up the expectations), very friendly staff. Price/value top!
Nothing to complain about. We had a blocked drain in the shower, which was fixed upon our request in like 30 mins!
The grounds and common areas were quite lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was relatively quiet (good for sleeping).
Dinner at the restaurant was good, but not great. It was nice that the surrounding area was quiet - but it was a 20-25 minute cab ride to get into the city center.
Beautiful and large rooms, great breakfast Good value for the money, clean and comfortable
Great place ! Good breakfast, clean . Staff were great
Good breakfast
The restaurant decor seems a bit dated snd the atmosphere could be better
It’s my third time this year and it remains my favorite stay in Florence. Staff is professional and warm. Breakfast is fabulous, served by attentive staff, led by a great « direttore », in a peaceful, beautiful space. The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe, and several buses connect it to central Florence. I recommend this hotel to those who focus more on comfort and quiet beauty, than on being in the center of the city.
I liked everything.
Excellent location: quiet and away from the busy traffic, though a bit far from the city center. Driving into the city is easy, but parking can be quite challenging, so the bus is a good alternative. The hotel was clean, with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was very good, but dinner options at the hotel restaurant were rather limited for a four-star hotel, especially for a longer stay given the lack of other good restaurants nearby.
I liked the pool, grounds, breakfast.
The MaitreD of restaurant seemed rushed and indifferent.
The hotel is a villa - the pool, room and breakfasts were all amazing! We also really enjoyed the neighborhood- Modilatte Gelato, rated the best in Florence, is just a four minute walk from the hotel. The whole neighborhood was delightful - we had an incredible dinner at Fuori di Pizza run by an extremely talented couple, the freshest food, all delicious. The whole hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. A particular shout out to Yaya and Sara, who both went above and beyond to help us!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything was spotless — the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
It is in a quiet area away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery that provides privacy. The pool is perfect to escape the heat and the bar by the pool serves delicious cocktails and drinks. The room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Toiletries are high quality. Overall the staff are the shining element of the hotel, being extremely friendly and accommodating of our needs.
property was very modern and clean. breakfast was great
pool wasn’t heated
Exactly as per the pictures. Arrived late to the property, check in was seemless and had a great dinner.
The only complaint was the cleaning crew was extremely loud during mid morning and mid day hours when we were trying to rest. They would leave the locks open on the doors and every time they would come in and out of rooms they were cleaning it would make an extremely loud sound repeatedly.
