The host was so welcoming and helpful with a map. The room was tidy and the bed was amazing. Perfect location for exploring the city with easy access to buses. Can’t wait to return to this place in Florence!

Everything! We were taken care of in every details. Staff were very helpful and nice. They sat down to greet us and introduced all the tourist locations to us, and provided us with any thing needed.

The room was incredibly cozy and felt just like home. Ale, the manager, was exceptionally understanding and accessible, even late at night. I once messaged her after midnight, and she responded right away. When I thought I had misplaced my bag in the house, she stayed in touch and helped me search for it via text until 3:00 AM. Her dedication and support were outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

Exceptionally helpful staff (Alexandra). Our room was very quiet, even though the hotel is located on a narrow, busy street.

It would have been nice to have a central sitting area for guests.

The staff and the owner are very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. There was a lobby service with coffee, milk, candy, water, and cookies which exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and had plenty of power outlets

There is no elevator, but the staff were very helpful with that. It wasn't an issue for me, and I couldn't find any other shortcomings! :))

Everything was great! Room was cozy and spotless, comfortable bed, small but clean bathroom. We very much appreciated the possibility to check in earlier. Big thanks to Alejandra for amazing hospitality.

Although the room is not very big, it is well-equipped with everything you need. Luggage storage is also available after check-out. Also very secure.

Ale was amazing! Incredibly helpful, gave us the perfect map and restaurant list, and made sure the room was spotless every day. Could not have asked for a better host and property.

The staff were extremly helpful. and frendly. The room was a good size,. The bed was comfy..There is a small fridge and jug in the room which was handy.There is also a fridge,microwave,small bench and a few chairs plates etc in main area for all to use.We were able to store our suitcase.. We would stay hear again.

First time in Florence, great property if you want to be close to the train station. It was only a short 6 minute walk. The staff are so lovely, gave us a quick rundown of how to get around/tips on where to go in Florence. Although no lift on the property which didn’t bother us as the hotel staff came down and carried our luggage up for us. Super accommodating and lovely, and the rooms were spotless! There were some great bars and restaurant on the same strip as the Hotel which was very convenient!

As it was closer to the train station you’re a 15-20 minute walk from the centre where all the shops and main restaurants are, which meant it was a bit further if you wanted to drop your bags off after shopping or to come back for a quick pit stop it’s not as convenient to go back to the hotel. The whole of Florence is pretty walkable though, so it comes down to your needs and what your prefer!

The property was in a perfect location- walking distance to most attractions and quiet enough to not hear noise at night.The host was brilliant she was so accommodating with all of our needs. Would highly recommend!!

We only stayed here for one night, but wished we would have been longer! The location is really central, close to the train station, but still in a rather quiet and cozy street. The market hall, Medici Chapel, Piazza del Duomo and Ponte Vecchio are just a short walking distance away!Our room was on the smaller side, but still very nice. The bed was comfortable, the air condition was quiet and effective, the bathroom held a high standard with good water pressure from the shower and everything felt nice and clean. There was a coffe/tea/snack station in the hallway – a nice touch that we appreciated! The hosts are really friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful both before and during our stay. They helped us with our luggage, and let us store it after checking out which allowed us to see more of the city during our short visit. Would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit Florence!
