The hotel was very close the train station which was convenient when first getting to and then leaving Venice. The room was comfortable if a bit small and the window had a nice view. Staff were friendly.
Staff was nice and they had parking for 15 euro per day.

Cons -

There were a lot of steps to get up to our room (no elevator), and the room was a bit small. While close to the train station, everything else in the city was a bit of a walk to get to, at least 20-40 minutes for the biggest tourist attractions.
Location was kind of far from the center and the hotel is set up kind of strange with the rooms in a separate building. Also, there was construction going on while we were there.
