Hotel Ferrucci

Wonderful hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best stay of my trip. They were kind enough to accommodate my request for a quiet room, therefore it was quiet during the day and night. As someone with sensitive hearing, I was able to have very restful sleeps here, which is very difficult to get in hotels. Restful sleep is absolutely crucial while on vacation, so I'm incredibly thankful that they made it possible for me to have that. The bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and reliable for streaming and gaming.The staff were nice, they were also kind enough to allow me to check in early, which was a huge relief after a tiring trip the day before.Also has easy transport options to the city centre with a couple of buses nearby, and a good selection of supermarkets.I'll absolutely stay here again when I return to the beautiful city of Florence!

Property was beautiful and in a great location on the river ... beautiful terrace to enjoy watching the world go by with a coffee and pastry easy to access via bus or walking

Ideal location to walk for about 15 minutes along the river into the heart of Florence. Simple & straight forward rooms with tall ceilings as well as private bathroom or optional paid parking which is on site.

Check what floor your room will be on because there is no lift. The stairs are not tall so they are comfortable to walk up but just keep in mind if you will have lots of luggage. Depending which side of the building you are in it may be a bit noisy with the traffic below but it gets quiet after 9pm if the window is kept shut which is double glazed.

We liked the location . Close to restaurants and Patisseries. We were able to walk to activities and access public transit with ease . The staff were exceptionally helpful with recommendations & advice ; when we had questions!

Location was good.

Beds were broken. Bathroom was not very clean. There was a lot off mildew in both the bathroom and the room itself. The lights bulbs were not working, there is a lot broken in that hotel to the point its safety and security are questionable.This is far from a 3 stars standards, it is extremely expensive. We feel taken advantage of.

Near some good restaurants, very comfortable, on the river. Easy walk into old town Florence along the river.

Great staff. Clean small hotel in a small ‘palazzo’ by the Arno. easy transportation to central areas and Sta Maria del fiore station. and easy transfer to T2 tram to airport at the station.

Room small for cost and bathroom minuscule. smaller than Japanese hotels. Not what is shown in thevpicture.

A bit far from city center for wrary legs

The proximity to the centre of Florence was perfect.

If the room looked the picture above there wouldn’t have been a problem.On one side of the room there was a fridge and an air con unit next to it.Barely any room at all, it advertised local parking nearby, we drove around for an hour trying to find a parking spot.

Very friendly staff. They were very helpful and kind. Totally recommended. The location is also good. Just a nice walk next to the river - or a bus ride - away from the attractions.

Nice and clean Hotel. Close to the city centre. Polite personnel ready to assist you in any way!

Beautiful, clean, high ceilinged family room. Nice view over the river from both the room and the terrace.

There’s no lift which may peeve some people but not us, we loved it.

A little bit too far away from the main attractions of the city, although of course a better location would make it more expensive. Air conditioning didn’t work in one room but was rectified for the second night.

Fabio from the reception was very helpful both before and during the stay. He kindly advised on bus stops and restaurants. Spacious family room with nice atmosphere. Great location near the city centre.

The airconditioning was not strong enough for the 38C outside, so it was warm in the room. The paint was coming off the walls in the bathroom.
