- Location and staff! It was close to the historic district and walking distance to all the cool restaurants and shops. Staff were amazing and took care of our needs there.

- The location was good with a great view of the basilica, but that meant everything happening on the street all night sounded like it was happening right in our room.

- No A/C in the room and even though was in Oct there were mosquitoes around so we couldn't open the windows.
- No AC. We didn't realize it until we arrived. Maybe if we went there during spring time, it would be ok.
- The room was not very clean- especially the bathroom. The staff was friendly but only available a few hours in the morning. Wifi was not available in our room.
