Good location, room was clean, air conditioning work well

The description included free parking, and breakfast on-site however no parking on-site, you can pay for parking off-site or street parking. I search for hotels with parking as I am traveling by motorcycle and I don¿t want to unload my bike.

Clean nice hotel - great breakfast buffet

Great location especially for those driving as it is has a free parking lot out of ZTL Zone, and bus to city center right in front. Only complaint is mosquitoes staff super friendly especially at breakfast.

Out dated nothing like pictures, poor quality not value for money . View outside of rubbish and thrown out sofas . Staff not friendly no welcome or helpfulness.

- location is a little bit far away from old town but I can’t complain it. We knew it while booking hotel.

Only The staff at breakfast service was very friendly also breakfast service but hygiene and cleanliness at room was not good also mosquitos in room which was very uncomfortable and very noisy late night, we couldn’t sleep because of noises at night from other rooms.

Hotel offers a excellent compromise, good value for the money it costs and for Florence, bed was really a king size and very comfortable and room size definitively not bad at all. We chose it for the pool and it was definitively a great point offering pleasant refreshment in the hottest hours of the summer day. Parking available, covered.

In general some maintenance leaks: floor near the bathroom ruined and definitely in need of refurbishment, rust on the tables legs near the pool affecting the floor with unpleasant orange stains (aluminum or stainless steel should be a must for pool fornitures), breakfast quite cheap.

The deluxe Room was so awful, dirty that we were unable to stay therethe carpet was so dirty with lots of stains and mold stains and mould out of the cabin's blown window that we were unable to walk without flip flopsAnd that terrible mildew smell

This is a great/convenient hotel if you want to stay close to Florence city center. It has parking and breakfast which makes it easier if you are driving. My family and I took taxi from hotel to go to Florence and it was easy and affordable. The staff were nice.

I think this could be an excellent hotel if it was well kept. Rooms are a bit smelly and old.

They obviously hold conferences so the lobby was a bit noisy but on the whole it is a great place

Bed was comfy, shower was nice and staff was kind.

The hotel was dirtyyyy, the dining area had a weird smell and very bad food. When you walk in and notice how filthy the carpets and walls are, that’s never a good sign. I ordered the swordfish fettuccine and had to send it back because the fish tasted spoiled. I’ve never sent any food back and felt awful but it was not edible. The rooms felt dingy although the bed was comfortable I didn’t feel good sleeping there.

Parking was plentiful and the hotel has plenty of space.

Some facilities in the hotel are old and needs to be updated namely Air Conditioning, lifts, and general infrastructure. Gives a feeling of hotel being old as i had issues with plumbing, Air Conditioning, and had to inform the reception to get it fixed. Also found the receptionist a tad bit rude, had to toughen up to get things my way. Would appreciate if hotel management takes my comments positively and rectify the things pointed out.

The staff ever changing and with little training

Good location just outside central Florence which, whilst it needed transport,made for a perfect base to travel in and enjoy the sites then travel back to a wonderful swimming pool in what has been a very hot few days. The breakfast and restaurant are very good but the highlight is the competence, professionalism and personalities of the Staff from Reception to Bar and restaurant.
