Pros +

We were happy that there was air conditioning and that the washing machine worked well. The location was okay. It's a bit noisy but it was close enough that we could walk to local areas in Florence. We loved that the accommodation was close to a bar also.

Cons -

We were a little upset with the hot water as there was none and no way to work the hot water machine. And we couldn't use the stove. It wouldn't light.

We were a little upset with the hot water as there was none and no way to work the hot water machine. And we couldn't use the stove. It wouldn't light.
