- The location is great, and the rooftop terrace is really stunning. The rooms are very nice and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
- The reception staff was very kind, helpful, and extremely pleasant. I would give them a 10+++. Can not say enough about this group. Our tours were before breakfast And hotel employee allowed us to get our breakfast before leaving for our tours.
Cons -
- Here in Italy the building are old and not equip to have central AC as we have in US. It was hot in the room and difficult to sleep soundly. The pillows are very flat and also not what-we are use to. The staff did all they could possibly do. Outstanding
