Staff were great. Elmio and Lourdes were very friendly, helpful and understanding.

Hotel rooms were a little outdated.

Staff members are not kind.

I was really glad to stay at that cosy hotel.Elio prepared breakfast for me even at 7.30. ,the time I have asked him! He was very kind, very helpful for any information I was interested in. The room was very clean. The service is well organized!

Nothing to add. Everything satisfied my needs.

The rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

The garden, the staff so friendly and the position, near to the center and outside restricted area. You can reach a lot of attractions by walking

The staff was nice

The pictures have NOTHING to do with what you find at the hotel. In fact this is not a hotel, it is like a house with rooms, very old. It was really not worth the money I paid

Smell of mould in the room. The pictures are definitely deceiving.,Bad value for money Do not recommend We were supposed to pay upon arrival, but they charged the card a week prior to stay. When I asked to pay by cash they sent money back for 5 minutes and quickly demanded me to pay in cash. When I was about to give the money, they charged the card again.

Very nice staff and owner.The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was also very clean.The bed was comfy with nice linens.Good location of the apartment

The door of the aparment was a bit hard to lock, but after a bit of trying it locked fine.It was a bit hard to sit on the toilet because of the narrow space.

Conveniently located

Washroom is very poor condition.Breakfast was a joke. My Italian friend told me that it was no name cheap brands of cereal, yoghurt and pastry were served.No hygiene practice noticed.The owner was the served hotel guests and he has no clue how hotel property is operated. It was his residence.I would never go to this hotel againBooking.com should act thieir due deference when a property is listed to make sure it is hotel.

The room was quite big and in a quiet neighborhood. About 20 mins walk to the main town.

You kinda needed to take a tram/ bus/ taxi to get to the place with luggage because it’s far from the train station. Also, I was there during summer and the AC in my room was not really working that well so it was a bit warm at night but I managed fine.

I liked the location. Close to the centre. Quiet and the check in was easy. I liked the courtyardI had a good sleep there every night.The aircon was quiet.

The room was a but stuffy and smelly upon arrival, had to air it out. We got quite a small room too, located in the garden side.

Everything, the staff, the garden, the rooms and the position. Near to the center and not a restricted area to leave your car.

I'm struggling to identify something that I actually liked about my stay.It was close to a few bars and restaurants which is probably the only thing that comes to mind as a good point

The decor is very datedIt was like staying in my grandmother's.Don't think they spend a lot on fixtures and fittings.Shower room was adequate Couldn't really sit on the toilet properly as the toilet was so close to the opposite wall.There was what I can only describe as a lunatic upstairs who was shouting and screaming which was a concern.

Large room with ensuite. Easy check in. In a quiet part of town, walkable from the train station. Comfortable stay.

Small common indoor spaces, that could get noisy just outside some rooms. We didn't have any issue with this though!

It is so nice and cozy place, place is close to center you can walk everywhere, employees were always smiling and helpful.

Very good place to stay in Firenze. Only about 15min walk to the historic old town (Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vechhio) and about the same time to Santa Maria Novella station. The room was comfortable, toiletries included. Lady with dark hair who gave us the keys was very nice and welcoming. Would reccomend.

The hairdryer in the bathroom worked for about 40-60 seconds then it overheated and had to wait few minutes for it to cool down and work again, so maybe a replacement is needed, but other than that I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and friendly.

Location: the apartment door was hard to find. Price: quite expensive.
