Location is an easy walk to major attractions and many restaurants. Has an elevator for convenient access to upper floors. Very good breakfast buffet with hot and cold items. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel Boticelli has a perfect location. it was close to everything and not necessary to take a taxi. walking distance to major attractions and close to many good restaurants. Good breakfast and a pretty good size bed.

The first room I had was a little noisy and I had just flown from Australia and had been delayed because of a train strike so needed sleep. A quieter room was kindly found for me.

Perfect location for walking to museums, shops & restaurants. Lovely sitting and dining areas and an upstairs porch. Our room was very quiet.

The bathroom in our room was very small & cramped. The water pressure would vary greatly depending on the time of day as well as the temperature.

Very good location. Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was also very good. There is a small terrace upstairs, BYOB, which we enjoyed after long, hot days touristing.

Such a lovely hotel lovely decor in foyer . Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great loads to choose from. Nice terrace to sit on. Position of hotel makes it central for everything you want to see. Definitely recommend

we liked everything

The hotel was amazing, great service & great staff. Everyone was so friendly to us from the check in to the cleaners and wait staff. We would like to specifically thank Simone & Valeria from reception for their exceptional treatment of us from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. They helped with all our requests and were so informative & polite to us. We had a great experience chatting to them, such amazing people who made this stay so much better. Grazie Simone & Valeria

Location was excellent on a quiet side street. Air conditioning fantastic after a long day in the heat. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave great recommendations for dinner. Good choice for breakfast in the morning and after returning in the evening there are two sitting areas where you can chill out. Small grocery store around the corner which was very convenient.

The hotel is very old. The rooms are outdated and need renovation. Very small rooms, old plumbing. Breakfasts are not meager and not tasty. The staff is not friendly.

reallyold place , falling apart , the only nice thing about this place is location and the breakfast personal , checking out just ask for tap water , and i was ask to pay even though my stay included all things in the bar that i didn’t get to use , imagine staying in a place asking for water and they said you have to pay , unbelievable , if you want pictures i can send pictures of my falling apart room

It was filthy. There was blood dripping down the toilet in front and into the tile grout. There were brown smudges (not sure what substance) on the bathroom wall tiles. You could barely get into the bathroom. The toilet prevented the door from opening past 40%.The carpet didn’t look vacuumed. And this was our most expensive hotel for our trip. Very disappointed. We weren’t comfortable. We went out and purchased cleaning supplies because we weren’t convinced the hotel knew how to clean.

The location was great. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good. The staff are very professional and helpful, especially Simone who went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be.
