Very clean, excellent shower and bathroom, comfy bed, and air conditioner was excellent.

2.2 miles from the center/ tourist attractions in Florence. We used the bus which was fine but it was about a 12-15 minute trip depending how many stops were needed. Hotel shuttle was ?broken down?

The location is far from the city center, and the facilities were disappointing, no soap in the shower, a non-working air conditioner, and a faulty toilet flush. When we mentioned this at checkout, the staff didn’t take responsibility or even offer a basic apology.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, quiet area, has a gym and spa area which we loved! We were grateful to have a gym! Highly recommend this place!

Very essy to get to. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was well managed.

Good location with a bistro/jazz place next door that we really liked, and a wee cafe round the corner which was great for picking up breakfast. It is also at the bus stop for the 14 bus that we used to go everywhere. The coffee and juice bar downstairs is a nice touch. There is a coin laundry nearby which we made use of. We went in the spa one day and enjoyed having a pool.

A shower is always important for me and our room has one of those showers that has a razor thin line between scalding and freezing. Very frustrating. Also, the spa price of 20 euros for 2 hours is excessive.

We stayed in a room in the annex - it's of good standard, probably recently renovated. Efficient air conditioning, comfortable beds, large shower. Although the rooms are in a separate building, it's still within the same courtyard. Very tasty breakfasts.A special mention goes to the gentleman from the staff, around 40–45 years old - very kind.

Parking at €25/day at that distance from the center is, in my opinion, too expensive, but at least we were allowed to leave the car several hours before check-in and a few hours after check-out.Unclear communication regarding parking. The Booking listing mentions private parking, but in the message before arrival, I was informed that parking is only for small and medium-sized cars. I tried to clarify this (as I was arriving with a station wagon) via WhatsApp - they asked for the date and then ignored my messages. Fortunately, there was no issue with parking in the end.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood outside of Florence. There was a nice restaurant and bar right next-door. It was clean the pool and spa was amazing. Highly recommend.

The only problem with this property was in the bathroom poor ventilation it was a little stinky

The location is around 4 km from the train station. The overall experience was great and staff was really helpful and charming. They were very hospitable. The room came with a balcony and which gave a good experience. The hotel was well maintained and so was the room. It is a great hotel to chose :)

Food options were mainly near santa maria , that was the only downside.

If we go in large numbers and if we book different type of rooms...... Then all rooms are not in one building...... Thats a bit uncomfortable
