BB Hotels Smarthotel Derose

The bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, located close to train and bus.

Towels! They need new towels desperately.

New and tidy hotel with large room and barhroom with all necessary. Very polite and helpful staff.

Highly recommended for travellers who value cleanliness, great service, and easy access to transport

That is a little bit far away from doumo (frienze) but accessible to public transportation like buses

The location of the facility is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were also apps like Netflix on the TV. A perfect hotel. I was very satisfied. Thank you ♥️

Perfect spot for all your travels

BB Hotel was perfect on my trip to Florence. As a solo traveler I was especially pleased with how safe I felt. The location was ideal.

Clean, friendly staff, well situated

New and clean

Far from centre

Clean and modern

Some external noise was clearly audible as windows are single glazed. Also some draft due to seal gone on windows.

I stay at this hotel as often as possible when I am HometoItaly.com

The HVAC controls can be difficult to find the correct temperatureOther travelers may find it farther from the center of town than they wish, It is close to the river, quiet and a very clean part of Firenze.

Friendly staff, very clean and modern hotel.

Non availability of breakfast

Hotel was spotless, well located and quaint ,super attentive and courteous staff, Julia helped us with restaurants and sites to visit. Will recommend for sure for other travelers to stay.

Only the parking was an issue as the hotel was located inside a ZTL zone.

Clean and large rooms .

No parking at the hotel . Only 5 min walk to parking though .

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The space in the room is limited - it is ok if you need the room just for the sleep, but a bit too small if you need to stay during the day. The hotel is close to the train station (10 min walk) and within pleasant walking distance from historic center.

I could hear people talking in the other room. Not really loud, but still....

Great location room was spacious well appointed small mini fridge Nespresso maker, receptionist staff were so helpful. They gave me recommendations of nearby of places to go for dinner. Also helped to coordinate a taxi pick up assisting with my luggage and suggestions on getting some things ready for leaving for the airport. Front desk, staff, especially helpful.

Can’t think of anything

Close to the train station & easy walk to the main centre (along the river is a lovely walk) staff friendly & very helpful, room was clean, coffee/tea making facilities & a fridge! Very comfortable

Small shower!!

Fast check in, clean and tidy hotel, great location, nice and comfortable room, excellent noise inhibition from the rest of the hotel.

Bathroom maybe a bit small.

The staff was very helpful with my luggage storage/shipping request which came up a bit unexpectedly. Communication was very easy and they took care of my matter with ease.
