We were given an upgrade to a suite and the staff were absolutely lovely! Thank you for making the stay exceptional for us.

The “spa” is really more of a small pool and a sauna. I got a bit cold in the pool.

The rooms are spacious, very quiet. There is a kitchen as well. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all major tourist destinations, good restaurants, etc. There is a nice sauna in the basement which is really relaxing after a day walk.

To our surprise, there was mosquitoes at winter time and my daughter had a few bites at night.

I like everything about this property. The facilities were phenomenal, the location was great, just a fun place to stay. They have a great breakfast and stable Wi-Fi. Especially loved having the pool available. Great breakfast too, and they were able to arrange for a cab for me to get back to the train station!

Large, comfortable and modern rooms, and the complementary breakfast buffet, which was quite extensive. The staff was very friendly and responsive!

We were surpised that our room was actually two bedrooms. The hotel is spotless. The staff very, very helpful. It has a modern vibe.

Disappointed that the swimming pool in the basement is part of the spa and an extra charge. I packed a bathing suit for nothing. The elevator is small. Four people or just two plus luggage. Might consider better soundproofing of windows and doors. There's a lot of whooping and holloring going on in the streets below in the wee hours, even at 3 am. Also, there were two little kids making noise in a room across the hall and we could hear them as clear as if they were standing right outside the door.

The location is close to many major sites of Florence. The room was large.

The bedding was a little scratchy.

This hotel had absolutely everything we needed. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We had a room with a veranda, which was beautiful and relaxing. The underground catacomb style pool was heated and unique. If I come back to Florence I will come back to this hotel.

No cell service. Wifi is slow.

No notes on needing to improve anything. I would just warn other travelers that because of where our room was, there was also a college bar, just a few doors down. Said college kids were ROWDY and sometimes as late as 2a. For the most part once we would draw the blackout curtain and close the windows, things would be quiet enough for us to sleep. Where it sucked the most would be at night when we would turn off the AC and have ALL the windows open because there would be a fantastic breeze, we then couldn't hear the TV. Don't get me wrong, by the time we would get back to the room wasn't exactly early either. It was usually at around 10/11 at night after eating a late dinner and then roaming the streets for a while enjoying the sites and sounds of this city. I recognize the hotel CANNOT control another establishment and it's patrons, but I would just like to warn folks, especially if you're traveling with a family what they might experience here. Otherwise, no notes we LOVED this hotel the most out of all the ones we stayed at while traveling around Italy for a couple weeks. It was also the most reasonably priced one for what we got and we got A LOT!

Already mentioned it above. The college age patrons at a bar just a few doors down. Proper amateur hour over there and well into the night, sometimes as late as 2/3a. No thank you! Glad we didn't have our kiddos with us otherwise it would've prevented them from being able to sleep...

It was convenient to downtown, yet tucked away. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was amazing, the room was large, clean, cool and the pool was perfect after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was not great, but it's right in the action so we skipped it and headed out instead.

Very excellent location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely room and it was a fun and interesting place to stay in Firenze.

We had a family room and were travelling with a solo friend and his bed was more like a pullout couch and was not as comfortable as he would have liked. However, the overall room and place were amazing!

Great hotel, one of the bests we've ever stayed in! I hope to be back. Staff super friendly, everything was well cared for, good breakfast and the hotel is super well located. Our room was spacious, there was a kitchen with good amenities and appliances which was super practical on the days we didn't feel like going out to have lunch or dinner. The air-co was a real benefit as we visited during a suffocating heat wave! I'd recommend 100%
