Garden Blue

good breakfast

very run-down room, super uncomfortable beds, old linen, peeling paint of the tile walls in the bathrooms

Price, internet, clear, spacious room ( nr 10) . Location

Air conditioner not working good.

The staff were excellent and polite. The breakfast was delicious and high quality. There was also plenty of books in the lobby to read.

The lobby was good but it could be better with this property

Nice roof top siting and drinking spaces, nice breakfast and breakfast room. Good location to walk to attractions. TV didn't work with the remote provided and a replacement was given which did.

Nice placement just 10-15 minutes by walk from the city center, good breakfast, kind and welcoming staff, very good ratio of price/quality

Excellent location, good parking garage next dooe

We find it to be a 2 star hotel rather than 3 star

Great! The staffs and helpful and friendly! Great breakfast also!

Location is awesome, everything within walking distance. Breakfast is ok. Staff is helpful. Cleaning service is good. Bathroom is new and works well.

The building is old, and so are the rooms, which are quite small. The facilities (desk, bed, etc.) aren’t the best.

Easy to locate, good location

Its noisy, you can hear people laughing, crying a little bit hard to sleep

Friendly & central

No shower pressure

Location, stuff was very good

WiFi was very bad

The breakfast was delicious!! There was so much to choose from (bread, meat, fruit, coffee machine, and lots of sweets). We loved our room. It was extremely clean and had large windows. The shower was spacious and very clean. Our stay felt amazing after our long travels - definitely our favorite place we’ve been.

There was only one outlet in the bedroom area and one in the bathroom. This made it difficult for us to charge both of our phones at night and turn on a lamp - but it was never a big problem. This stay was great.

Very good stay! The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and the coffee there was fantastic. The location also was great

Everything was perfect - room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was excellent ! Stuff was very kind and friendly. Location is great.

Everything was great

The location was fantastic and made it very convenient for me to explore the city center. Very clean place and the staff are very friendly.

Big bathroom.

Incredibly small room with bunk beds.

Nice roof top siting and drinking spaces, nice breakfast and breakfast room. Good location to walk to attractions. TV didn't work with the remote provided and a replacement was given which did.

Excellent location, Good value for money in comparison with other hotels in the area.

No isolation on the doors, but they have a quiet policy after a certain hour, and they make the guests aware of it

Clean. Great breakfast

Very noisy from street traffic, people and tram cars. A bit far from the old city of Florence.

Breakfast was ok.

Wafer thin walls and ceilings. We could hear when the person next door used the bathroom, shower, talk, and snore all night. The pillows were super thick and uncomfortable. There is also a school next door so if you want to get some rest throughout the day, there are many kids screaming around.
