THE STAFF ROCKS:Mario, who checked us in was incredible. He actually had somebody get a room ready for us fast because when we arrived there, we had had zero sleep at a horrible AirBnb experience the night before (on that note, never use AirBnb). Yulia!! So many things to say about her. She works at the bar/restaurant and when we got there we were very tired. So she made sure we were all set with espresso and cappuccinos. She brought us water without even asking. She is a great girl. The other girl at the front desk, who checked us out in the morning was fantastic as well. So polite, kind, and professional. She is from the Ukraine, but like an idiot I can’t recall her name. I’m sorry, but she certainly deserves a lot of credit as well.As for the hotel, obviously it is a prime location (that can be seen on any mapping app), the bed was super comfortable, the jetted bathtub was a dream, the rooms are very big, great insulation against the very loud city and the complementary water and coffee was greatly appreciated. 5-star all the way. 11 score (on a 1-10 scale).

Everything about my stay at Glimpse Hotel was perfect. The location is excellent, and the staff were super friendly and very professional. They really made me feel welcome and made my stay extra enjoyable.A big thank you to Alina Ripa — the flower arrangement was beautiful, and the birthday cake was delicious! I truly appreciate the effort the team put in to make our celebration special. Would definitely stay here again!

Poor value for money — quite expensive for what it is. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, water leaked out during showers, and the sink was too small. The selection of shampoo and body wash was limited and not enough.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The location is perfect — right in the center and close to everything. The staff were beyond amazing, truly the best I have ever encountered in any hotel, and I’ve stayed in many five-star properties. Even though this is a four-star hotel, the service, warmth, and professionalism exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

First of all, the rooms were exceptionally clean and, for Italy, surprisingly spacious. The morning breakfast was wonderful with excellent coffee, fresh fruit salad, and a great selection of delicious options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented.

It was not buffet, but you basically can ask the stuff for anything you want. Continental breakfast was good, stuff was super friendly.

What a beautiful hotel! Small, modern, centrally located with a 'glimpse' of the Duomo. Fashionable and unique with beautiful artwork adoring the walls.. The staff were attentive and kind and made the whole experience feel special from beginning to end. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee excellent, the bed divine and the shower huge.

That I only booked 2 nights. I wish I had stayed a month!

It’s an excellent hotel with a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions.The staff were kind and helpful.The room was quiet, the bed extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Hotel is in great location, right by the Duomo cathedral. The staff was super helpful, a shout out to Ovidio who spent time going through a map of the city and giving us recommendations on where to go, eat and drink. The room was lovely and had everything you need. Loved the art around the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the check out great as they let us keep our luggage while we explored the city before we left.

The car valet service is 100% needed if you are driving. On the day we arrived, there was road works right by the hotel which made it really stressful to get there as Florence city centre is a nightmare to drive through and our GPS had no idea what was going on! It might be easier to have a car valet a bit outside Florence where you can leave the car and then have someone drive you up the hotel instead.

The location was perfect-walking distance from the Duomo and many other sites. The cafe inside the hotel was wonderful and served delicious breakfast, lunches and coffees. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious and the decor very tasteful.

Very attentive staff and friendly. The design of the hotel is adorable and a very good eye for detail and high end finish. The location is at a corner of a bustling street but very few cars. Very small and cosy and only 3 rooms at each floor.

Florence is a very loud city due to the cobble stone streets. I could not have a open window at night because of the noise.

Really everything ok.From we arrived at hotel ,the front desk Alina was an incredible and lovely .Adviced us about places to visit and eat.Gave us the Florence highligts .Glimse gave us an Upgrade.??????.Definitively next year we'll be back⛄️

I recently stayed at the Glimpse Hotel in Florence and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.The Superior King Room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The bathtub provided a relaxing retreat in the evenings.The staff at both the reception and the bar were incredibly nice and helpful, which I believe is the hotel’s standout feature. I would like to extend special thanks to Alina and Carlos for their kindness and support during my stay. Despite a minor incident on the first night that affected my rest, the staff’s attentiveness ensured my three-day stay was pleasant.The reception area, though small, is cozy and serves as a nice spot to enjoy a drink before heading out or upon returning. The hotel’s location is exceptional—close to major attractions and within walking distance of nearly anywhere in town. Additionally, there’s a nearby pharmacy and a convenient laundry service store, which I used and found preferable compared to the hotel’s offered rates.The pre-set breakfast options were fine and sufficient for me; however, I believe a small yet high-quality buffet could be more preferable. The bakery products are incredible, compliments to the pastry chef!It was a pleasant stay and I loved Florence. I definitely would love to visit Glimpse again.

An area for improvement is definitely the soundproofing of the rooms and windows. During my January stay, the streets were mostly empty at night, yet occasional noises like, shouting passersby, or a car alarm at 5 AM (as well as loud neighbours at the hotel) were quite audible. I had to use earplugs.

My room and bathroom were gorgeous! Very spacious, clean and simply beautiful. The staff was extremely nice: professional, courteous and understanding. I had a light, delicious dinner (there’s only a bar, but it was perfect for me — I had travelled from far and it was pouring rain, I just wanted to grab a bite to eat and go to bed.). Breakfast was delicious too!
