Florence Art Apartments

I chose this hotel for the location which was a few blocks from the Duomo shops and restaurants. And was happily surprised by the art every piece was unique from the suitcase chair to the Mondana painting and murono glass chandelier. Perfect!

The place was very clean, the location was virtually unbeatable, our hostess was very nice, plenty of space, well stocked, heated floor tiles were a bonus. Communication very simple.

If there were anything that I were to be not 100% on, the bed was kind of hard. Absolutely not a deal-breaker considering the value, location, friendliness and cleanliness of the location.

Great location, modern and comfortable. Big space for a family of 4.

the owner is very supportive and kind I forgot my phone in the taxi when I was going to main station and she helped me to return back

Sophia met us to give the introduction to the building. It is a completely new remodel and a 2 story apartment with a bedroom upstairs, and sofa-bed downstairs. Very good location between the Duomo and Galleria.

It was an amazing experience! Very very close to Duomo Square! We loved our appartment (we stayed in rosso tiziano in 4th floor).Sylvia was very helpful and kind!The whole place is made with love!Everything was clean and small details well covered! We had the opportunity to leave our luggages when we checked out and return later to pick them up.And last and extremely important detail... our view from our bed was a part of Duomo ?❤️Thank you Sylvia....We will be back ?

The apartment is beautiful with interesting salvaged furnitures and a small view of the dome from bedroom. The location is great and apartment is well kept.

Construction next door, but was not noisy.

Nothing to not like

Everything was perfect. Big apartment, clean, near the cathedral, their is a near carrefour and restaurants. Silvia was very kind and helpful. There was a bidet shower in each bathroom

Exceptional location and easy to find, Room and facilities were extremely clean and many extras. Staff extremely helpful and all requests for assistance were met promptly and easily.

Very spacious with lovely gardens. Great staff!

The apartment we stayed in was for small children- not teens or adults. Our previous stay in the adjacent building apartment would have been much preferred. Was surprised but we made it work.

Tastefully done apartment, don't think twice of booking this place. 50mtrs away from Duomo and Academia on either side. Step out and you can see the duomo turrets. Quiet lane yet no more than 5 mins away from restaurants and wine bars. Ticks all the right boxes - Location, Cleanliness, Space and Style. The hostess was super helpful.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, nothing was missing. it was very nicely decorated.The position of the apartment was in an area where you can easily find everything,in city center!just perfect

Love all about this property ! Clean crispy bedding. Even toxic free detergent for guests convince. Great bathroom. Super nice host, she was so helpful and alway online to help with any tasks. Will be back definitely next time . There is an elevator what is huge plus. Thank you

We couldn’t use conditioner as with first turn on we smelled mold odor. Was not so hot and was okey with out it . Not the bad thing but need to change can trash in bathroom, it’s just time to give a life for new garbage ? .

Modern with great decor and conveniences

The Aircon didn’t work and we were there during peak heat - it was incredibly difficult to sleep in that heat. The rest of the place is a 10/10. The poor aircons (which were more like fans) dropped the overall experience for us to an 8.

Beautifully decorated and spacious accommodations. Clean and well maintained. Great location. The Staff was always quick to respond and very helpful.

Truly gorgeous apartments located in a bustling area near all the tourist destinations in Florence. Everything you could want to live in luxury during your stay.Silvia (our host) was outstanding: she coordinated our meeting, accommodated our every need, checked in on us, arranged our airport taxi. We left an item behind, and she shipped it to us in the U.S.! Spectacular service!We felt like pampered royalty.

This is located in the heart of Firenze, which is a restricted driving zone with narrow one way streets that require permits to drive/park at most times. Taxi is your best option with luggage, walking to metro is an easy few minutes.

Easy check in & checkout, location was great , very clean .

Phenomenal location…5 minute walk to Duomo…very secure facility…only see staff when you arrive (Sophia was wonderful when checking in)…we left our luggage in small entry waiting room on our day of departure and felt very comfortable with its safety…very quiet even though on busy small street…GREAT A/C

Small rooms…very few outlets to charge our phones, iPads etc…if you are driving in VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AT NEARBY PARKING GARAGES…both the Park2Go and Michaelangelo garages are within 100 meters of hotel entrance…expensive (40euros/day)but so worth it…get the Parclick app and make reservations a week ahead of arrival…
