The location was amazing

the room was very hot because it does not have an ac only a small fan. Also the toilet seat was broken so it was a bit tricky to use.

They give us a wrong room. When we asked to change it they answered that the hotel is full dispite of our reservation for the normal room was made far in advance

Very easy check in and check out, and the room was clean. The luggage storage was a convenient option. Very centrally located, and just a walk away from the train station.

The location is perfect, right in the center. There are lockers where you can leave your luggage, provided you collect it by 20:00 after leaving the hotel.

When you make the reservation, you don't realize that it's a self-check-in place. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception and we were very surprised. We also had to walk a long way with our luggage since we couldn't enter the area by car. But other than that, there were no problems with the accommodation.

The hotel’s online booking system has poor security. It seems to be a target for phishing and data leaks, which puts guest information at risk. Email received during my stay: "We are writing to inform you of a recent security incident that may have affected your personal information. An unauthorized third party gained limited access to one of our systems, targeting both our company and our guests' data."

It was in the center of everything. We walked from the train station to Numa in 15mins-20mins very easy. Stores and shops and piazza 1min walk outside the door. Location was everything and the place was nice. The lockers in Numa were Fantastic we were able to drop off bags and wander around until room was ready.

In our room the AC was barely working...now here's the thing once we got up dressed and left the room we forgot to tell management about it when we would get home it was too late to reach out to management so it was partially our fault because we never got around to reporting it so they could check it out so I don't blame Numa too much. Outside of that the place was really good!

I thought breakfast was included, but it would be extra. No problemThe location was great, but the direction & address was not clear. It was a challenge to find the hotel. Once there, I had to call to get clarification on how to get to the room. It was one of those self-service hotel.

The room was fine, except that it was very warm. AC was not cooling.Better direction, especially for tourist. Let customer on how to get arround especially when car is not allow.

First room smelled awful, the second room felt like a sauna. We suffered for two sleepless nights.

Great location. Clean and great bed. Breakfast was nice. It was great to have an elevator. The cabinet with an iron and ironing board was great as well.

It would have been nice to have received a message before arrival allowing me to scan in passports and get the code earlier than when we arrived for entry. It would have made the arrival process much smoother. I had to call and find out how to get the code after we arrived. Then trying to scan in passports on the street with luggage and many other people around was not ideal and delayed our entry.

The location was fantastic! It was centrally located and within walking distance of everything that a tourist would want to see.

The room quality did not match the advertised pictures. The refrigerator did not work and we were told on the first day that someone would come look at it - they never did. This greatly increased our meal costs for the trip. Additionally the bathroom door scraped the floor which made it impossible to close without a horrible sound.

Location was perfect. The room itself was spacious. Easy way to check in. Contacting staff was quick and easy with whatsapp.

Location was perfect, next to the Cathedral.Also the online personnel was very helpful, we had multiple issues with the room and they helped out quickly.

Breakfast is not worth paying for. You can get better breakfast at many places close by for a few more euros.The rooms are very outdated. We moved rooms because of the smell and to much noise from inside and outside. Unfortunately they also did not clean the room, which came as a surprise. Only the location and the online personnel were great. I would not prefer to stay here again.

Room 302.It's for people with disabilities. We are not. It's great that there are facilities for the disabled, but in this case for everyone else it's an inconvenience! This is not what we paid for!1. The sink in the bathroom is very low. Below the waist, even though we are not very tall.2. The toilet is VERY HIGH. My height is 180cm and my feet were hanging in the air. People shorter than that probably have to jump on it. 3. The shower is small and narrow despite the large bathroom area. The second door did not work (how does a disabled person get in?)4. There is not ONE shelf. No storage space at all. Things were rolling off the handicapped sink onto the floor. At first I was putting things in the bidet. Then I asked for something and they brought me an old chair (!!). It became easier, but the impression was already spoiled at all. On questions answered that the room on the photo should not correspond to the room in reality, but it has all the same as in the photo. And so on the photo there were shelves. The room is designed for three people. Where do three adults put their toothbrushes? Where should women put their cosmetics bag?5. The coffee machine has not been cleaned for a long time. The photo shows it washed several times. It is impossible to make tea without coffee flavor, although there are tea bags.6. There is a sign on the door that the hotel has 3 (three) stars, although Booking marks it as a four-star hotel.7. It is noisy outside the window at night, even if the windows are closed. We were prepared for this for the beautiful view of the Duomo, but this is the only plus point of the hotel.We had an expensive room and I'm glad we only stayed two nights. Immediately we booked a new hotel. This one is impossible to live in. If you make facilities for the disabled, rent the room only to those who need those facilities. Why should I sacrifice my comfort for my own money? There was no mention of this nuance anywhere!

Very good

The bathroom smelled a bit, but it seems to be a lot of places like that in Italy - probably old pipes. The shower needs a bit of love. Quite small room, but appreciate the easy 24/7 help you get and lockers for the suitcases.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Easy instuctions for checking in and very helpful staff. Clear communication and safe place to stay for someone travelling alone.

My trip was for work, but I was able to do a bit of sightseeing. The hotel is extremely well located and has everything we need. There are two points that I think are important: since I was there for work, I had meetings starting at 8 a.m., and breakfast also started at 8. So I missed it — perhaps there could be more flexibility with the timing. Another thing that bothered me was the very soft mattress, which really affected my back. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
