Long walk into the tourist area. The train was nearby but a lot of walking to get to our destinations nonetheless.

It was ok if you expect a clean bed to sleep

Furniture was old and the bed was not comfortable. We didn’t have a specific bad experience but did not worth that much fee.

The mattress and pillow were not comfortable. It was very noisy outside late into the night.

We liked the proximity to the train station There were some great little eateries close by which weren’t touristy and good value. The lady on reception moved us from our original apartment as the room was stifling hot, which was nice especially as they were fully booked Beds were clean, good toiletries supplied

Our original apartment was very hot. I specifically searched for properties with air conditioning, but was told that the AC cannot be used until May (due to Municipality rule’s apparently). I feel this should be stated in the advertisement of the property. Also when booking an apartment it’s usually so you can use the apartment facilities. This place had a little kitchenette (with only a microwave) but you are not allowed to use the kitchen unless you pay a fee of €30. This is something that is advised after the booking is completed. I just find that very strange. There is a coffee maker supplied but no kettle for tea drinkers The breakfast is a cappuccino and a croissant which is served in your room. No alternative choices and a little disappointing as we are not pastry eaters To me this place did have a bit of a hostel feel, and the first apartment we were given looked a bit tatty with laminate peeling off the kitchen and just didn’t look as nice as in the photos

We arrived late and had difficulty getting in. The breakfast was brought to our room, therefore, it can not be called breakfast, too little and no options to choose.

We only stayed one night on our way to Salzburg by train. The apartment is 15 min walk to the station so that was good. Simone was very nice and helpful. She is on site and will give you plenty of advice and assistance. The apartment was very clean with an outdoor patio.

Nothing bad we enjoyed our stay.

Beutiful spasious room, not far from the city ce ter. Very clean and comfortable. Should be ok fir a long stay as well. We parked 30 min by walk in a clean spacious parking near the Univercity for 20 euro per day. Not too bad for Firenza.

The host might gace been a bit nicer :)

Use of kitchen should be included in price

Pro: The Room itself is good size, and facilities in the unit works well. There is no stove in the kitchen, but has microwave, single serve coffee machine, kettle, utensils and dishes/cups.Location was central ebough, about 10-15min walk to major sites.Cons: No AC, No cleaning, No additional towels What surprised us was there is NO AC available. It is centrally controlled and you are at the mercy of the hotel management. When we checked in during 1st week of April, it was sunny in Florence; the room felt too warm and stuffy. After inquiring with the reception/management, she told me that they don't turn on AC now as the weather was "unstable". Although, there is AC on in the lobby. She then checked on the computer and said the room is at 26 degree and just "Open the windows, it should be cool enough." This is unbelievable. The room was still warm after leaving the window open the whole day while we were out.Bathroon shower door that leaks water onto the floor. Hence we had used towels to dry up the floor, and when we asked for more towels, the same woman at the front desk, she simply said "No towels", after being told No AC, now No towels. This is Bad Management and bad service ruining a good room facilities. Even though the room is ok, it just leaves more to be desired.

Very nice location, like 100m walk to the tram station, so very easy to come and go from the Airport. Room was really spacious.

When I made my reservation, I asked for room not on the top nor the ground floor and they gave me a room on the ground floor, which was right next to the courtyard. And there were other guest who came to the courtyard to have a meeting about their upcoming visit after midnight, which was very loud and disturbing.The communications with the hotel wasn't very smooth. Since there was a possibility that I would arrive late, they asked me to send a copy of my ID. I didn't feel secured to send it by email without encryption. When I sent my passport by email, they didn't know which day I booked...The day I left, since my flight was in the afternoon, so I checked out and stored my luggage with the reception. When I went back to the hotel to get my luggage, there was no one at the reception and the door was locked. As I have returned my key, there was no way for me to enter the property, I had to wait for 15 minutes until other guests showed up and let me in, I found this unprofessional, because it put me at risk to miss my flight. There was no bell to ring or anything to contact the reception when there was no one during day time.

Overall location was good because it was near to the train stop. Other than that, breakfast was store bought croissants (one in a packet). After a long day in Florence, we came back to a room that had not been cleaned despite cleaning being included in the price. It was not a bad stay, it just don’t think it was worth it.

Rooms are spacious.

Not enough toiletries including soaps, towels provided and we are asked to reuse. Main gate is locked around 8ish and its a pain to open it if we have to stay out longer. Sofa cum bed is not very comfortable.

The furniture in the room was very poor. From shower door not working properly to kitchen cupboard with peeling of cover. No wardrobe. One rainy day, water dripped from the ceiling window.
